what type of modge podge you used? there are so many out there. If I want to use the same one on wood, will it work?
Hi, I used High Gloss Mod Podge on these - not sure exactly what you have but the High Gloss worked well for me. I think you could read the back of yours and see if it lists the surfaces it will work on best.
Where did u buy small ceramic blocks from
They are small tile pieces - I bought them at an Estate Sale. You probably can get something similar at one of the big box stores. Thanks for watching. 🙂
Doesn’t sanding them take off some of the print?
Hi, thank you for watching! Yes, the sanding does take a smidge of the print away. I was looking for that rustic look and I found sanding helps the print to better adhere to the surface of the tile. Instead of a straight edge on the print it blended with the surface of the tile and helped to get a smoother look with the last top coating.
Nice job. Way too much work for my hands. TFS
Thank you, so glad you liked them!
do you sell at craft fairs
Hi, no I used to attend multiple craft fairs through out the year. I have not attended as a vendor since before COVID. Currently, I work 40+ hours a week and just can't seem to make it fit into my schedule.
where did you get magnets are they the ones from dollar tree
Hi, I pretty much get my magnets where I can find them at the best price - either on sale or with a coupon. The last set I bought from WalMart.
Hi how are you I need a website done for my magnet website
Thank you for watching. Please share the details of what is needed.
Why again do you sand them?
Hi, thank you for watching! I found sanding helps the print to better adhere to the surface of the tile. Instead of a straight edge on the print it blended with the surface of the tile and helped to get a smoother look with the last top coating. Thanks, again, for watching!
