What have I done?!?! To date, the largest jigsaw puzzle I had assembled was 5,000 pieces - all in one bag. What's been your largest piece count? Thanks for watching! Please consider subscribing 💜🧩
I did the 40k Disney Memorable Moments, the 24k Life puzzle, Two 18k puzzles, And a 9k puzzle, none were mixed. I would love to mix a big one and will one day when my house is more for traffic free! 🥰🧩
NICE!! You've done so many large ones - awesome! The idea of mixing bags - at some point it does become a logistical nightmare just for the space and containers needed to hold so many pieces, and the surface on which to build. And then, is it more of a "sorting" thing rather than assembling...?? You basically end up resorting them back in to the bags/sections in which they came. Those are just my thoughts on it so I don't think I would ever do anything larger than 6000 pieces in one bag. I like sorting to a point but I much prefer seeing the image come together. 💜🧩
@@lazyhomebody1356 Thank you! 🧩☺️ I finished a 2000 piece today by Aimee Stewart! It was a very busy puzzle and kind of kicked my butt! 😅😅 The time lapse will be up on my channel tomorrow!
@@fortheloveofpuzzles I very much agree with you! And I don't sort pieces. I pick pieces out of the box, so in reality, it'd probably take me about 7 years to do one mixed! 😅😅 I will mix a 9000 piece though. I think that would be fun! I time lapse all my puzzles on my channel! Can you imagine mixing this 54k puzzle?!! Omg! It'd be so insane!
AMAZING!!! I did love this puzzle so so much!! Just be patient with some of the sections and the beige background pieces. Use the reference from another section if you need as they all have the same cut pattern. In what order are you going to do them?
What a monumental task! Can't wait to watch all the videos. I don't have space to do anything nearly this big, but if I did this puzzle is probably the one I would choose to attempt. Such a fun puzzle - and what a learning experience! I love it!
Donnalouise oyur doggos are so cute!! And wow this puzzle is just phenomenal! I'm dyinggg to get my hands on it but I've just ordered a 5000 piece and a 9000 piece, so I'm trying to hold off until I've done those at least, but aaaaa your videos make me want to order it right now!!
I'm still waiting for them to release their next big puzzle - hopefully soon. The only thing that they've told me so far was that it is AMAZING! This was such a joy to build - some sections more difficult than others - I loved it. It's still up on the wall down at my jigsaw puzzle display. You wouldn't' be disappointed if you bought it.

Hope you are loving living there. I love it here in NZ and feel like I'm finally home. 💜🧩
Congratulations on acquiring Grafika's "Travel Around Art" ! Your enthusiasm is both contagious and charming. I look forward to your future videos showing your progress in building this huge puzzle. One idea for temporarily keeping completed sections of the puzzle is to use a number of foam boards which can then be stacked until you are ready to join the completed sections and display the puzzle in its entirety. However, I'm sure you will come up with a system that suits your preferences. Good luck and happy puzzling !
Foam boards - great idea. I only have one at the moment to move the sections around on but I need to get more. I've completed three sections so far and am working on the fourth. Just moving around the three I've done was heavy and awkward enough. I think having three sections per foam board will be the limit so I must go out and get more. Thanks so much for always watching and commenting - I really appreciate it 💜🧩
Especially since you're doing them towards the end, I'd be tempted to combine 2 or 4 of the bags of the bookshelf! Obviously, only do what will be fun for you, but it could be fun to see how you manage an 8000 piece section!
I thought about combining bags but the logistics of trying to film the large area needed to display more than a typical 2000 piece puzzle is really too difficult - at least with my current setup. Also, I would just spend so much time sorting pieces - and who likes to watch a video with a long time of just piece sorting. So I don't think I'll be mixing bags in the end. Psst...secret inside information, I've already finished one of the bookshelf sections. 💜🧩

Greetings from pretty much the exact opposite side of the planet Earth - that is, Helsinki, Finland! All that cardboard and a good suitcase just to find that the shipment came broken in like 54 000 pieces. I would have a conversation with the mailman who delivered this...
Hi Donna Louise My name is Heather and I live in Australia. I have been looking at this puzzle for so long and really want it however the postage cost is prohibitive. They do reduce the price from time to time for the puzzle so I will wait in hope. The puzzle looks awesome and I thoroughly enjoyed your video and your enthusiasm upon receiving and opening it out. I haven't done any Grafika puzzles either but have done quite a lot of 1000, 1500 and 2000 piece ones from Ravensburger, Clementoni and other brands. I have several large puzzles including the Educa 6000 piece Entering the Bedroom and Evening Prelude. I have sorted and partially done the 9000 Ravensburger Disney Museium and I stupidly mixed the bags on that one - oops - will eventually go back to it. Like you I am not a massive fan of spending hours sorting. I just purchased the Educa 24000 piece Live and their 33600 piece Wildlife puzzle. I am picking those up on Saturday. I can imagine we will all be getting around in spaceships by the time I get those sorted, let alone done. I will make my way through the rest of your 54000 piece puzzle videos. I absolutely love that puzzle. Kind regards
Hi Heather and welcome to my channel! Thanks so much for watching and commenting. I'm hoping to hop over to Australia at some point soon. It's the Educa 42,000 - I see that you have all their other big ones. I hope we both enjoy them! 💜🧩
@@fortheloveofpuzzles Hi Donna Louise. Thank you so much for your response. I started to watch your unboxing of the 42000 one this morning and will finish watching later. I did the Symbols of North America 1500 piece which seems to be the left hand side of that large one. I really enjoyed doing it and seeing the landmarks. I am thinking I will assemble my foam boards on the dining table (overhanging LOL) and start sorting the 24000 Life one tomorrow once I get home from picking up. So many puzzles, so little time. I only found your channel the other day when I was looking to see if anyone had done the 54000 one. Looking forward to making my way through all of your videos. I just found your channel this week and it looks like I have perfect timing! This is my favorite image of the giant puzzles and I'm excited to watch you put this together. I'm currently working on a 3000 piece puzzle (Ravensburger Garden of Sun Signs). This is my biggest puzzle to date and I barely have room to work on it.
It can be a bit of a logistical nightmare to work on larger puzzles - table space large enough, the sorting, trays/boxes to store the pieces... Have fun with you puzzle - it looks so lovely and dreamy. Hopefully there are some easier sections to sort out first. So glad you found my channel - thanks for watching and commenting! I really appreciate it 💜🧩
@@fortheloveofpuzzles Fortunately I have a dedicated puzzle room so I can leave it spread out all over (and keep the dogs out!). My table isn't big enough but I had a large piece of cardboard that I covered with white contact paper. That's working out well. I'm loving every minute of this puzzle.
for big puzzles I made puzzle trays, 13x16" thin plywood pieces with a 1/4" border around the edges so the pieces cant fall off. We have close to 30 trays. They stack, and fit inside Kallax storage units.
Such a great idea. I may need hubby to make me some as well. I don't have the best system for laying out pieces flat and sorted. Thanks for watching and commenting - I really appreciate it. 💜🧩

💜🧩 I have already done 4 sections. I make sure videos are set and ready at least 2 weeks in advance. No rush though. Nice to know you're doing it with me. Which part will you do first? 💜🧩
Al 4 secties gedaan?! Wow, jij bent snel.
💜🧩 I started with Section 19. I am really enjoying it so far. Each section is a little different so it doesn't feel too repetitive.I will start a fifth section today and am excited to do so. 💜🧩
I am not a bag mixer - too worried about perfect false fits with repeat cut patterns. Also, I like sorting to a point...but don't want to make it more difficult or time-consuming. 💜🧩
I’m starting the 6th bag at the moment and I think that’s a pretty good pace. I’m hoping to be done mid-January / February to then display in full. The fastest section took me just over 10 hours and the slowest was about 16 hours. Hope you had a nice holiday. 💜🧩
@@fortheloveofpuzzles That's fast! Is this the only puzzle you'll be working on now or are you doing some others in between as well? 🤔 I had a lovely holiday thank you! 🥰
I am doing other puzzles as well. Trying to keep to small ones of 500 pieces or less - or ones that I think I can complete quickly. I do have one more spare video which I filmed prior to starting this huge puzzle that I will be releasing soon. 💜🧩
I paid 415.83 € for the puzzle and another 173.00 € for shipping. It ended up costing total in New Zealand dollars $998.02. I typically pay no less than $20 for a 1000 piece puzzle, more often $25-$30. So this ended up being a really good deal in that sense. 💜🧩
Yup, live down in Middle Earth ;) and love it here. I'm hoping to rent out an art/community centre once complete and put it out on display for the public to enjoy. Then I would love to donate it or loan it out to somewhere with a long wall/hallway that would like to display it - perhaps a school, or hospital or retirement home. 💜🧩
I think there are a few larger puzzles that look more like one image - a New York skyline if I remember well but not certain on number of pieces or the brand. Educa also releases larger puzzles of animal scenes which look more like one image. 💜🧩
@@fortheloveofpuzzles I live in NYC so it would be weird, lol. I was just complaining...I will stick to 1,000 piece puzzles for the foreseeable (sp) future. But I want to watch you :)

I have already done 4 sections. I make sure videos are set and ready at least 2 weeks in advance. No rush though. Nice to know you're doing it with me. Which part will you do first? 💜🧩
Al 4 secties gedaan?! Wow, jij bent snel.
I started with Section 19. I am really enjoying it so far. Each section is a little different so it doesn't feel too repetitive.I will start a fifth section today and am excited to do so. 💜🧩
watching this so much later I am happy you are not mixing the bags. It always bothers me when those huge puzzles get mixed.
I am not a bag mixer - too worried about perfect false fits with repeat cut patterns. Also, I like sorting to a point...but don't want to make it more difficult or time-consuming. 💜🧩
Oh dear Lord, my head is spinning.
Hopefully in a good way!!! 💜🧩
You bet.
Wow this is insane! I don't think I'd have it in me to do a puzzle that big 😅 How long do you think it will take you to finish it? 😊
I had a lovely holiday thank you! 🥰
I am doing other puzzles as well. Trying to keep to small ones of 500 pieces or less - or ones that I think I can complete quickly. I do have one more spare video which I filmed prior to starting this huge puzzle that I will be releasing soon. 💜🧩
Them are to many peices good luck .
So many pieces - and I loved every one, apart from all the beige! hehehe 💜🧩
wow i am
new thats amazing
Thanks for watching and commenting - I really appreciate it. 💜🧩
@@fortheloveofpuzzles no problem anytime nice to meet u iove puzzles to
Awesome
Thank you 💜🧩
How much did it cost
I paid 415.83 € for the puzzle and another 173.00 € for shipping. It ended up costing total in New Zealand dollars $998.02. I typically pay no less than $20 for a 1000 piece puzzle, more often $25-$30. So this ended up being a really good deal in that sense. 💜🧩
@@fortheloveofpuzzles wow. It’s a nice puzzle, but I would have nowhere to put it. I like your videos, I had no idea you were located in New Zealand!
Eh, to my eye this is a lot of little puzzles. I want ONE image- like a painting of a village
Me encanta👏👏👏 helena_puzzles
¡Gracias! 💜🧩
