I used to do the Vanilla-ish challenge (I called it the "Quarantine Challenge") that I started even before Omicron's first upload on the challenge. Eventually I managed to get stuff like full Monster Hunter, full Sponge Armor, a Jerrychine-gun, a Zombie Sword, a Pigman Sword, a legendary Wither Skeleton Pet, and 14 minion slots. I personally found this grind *more* fun than playing the game normally, as there was no other players that could be toxic, and I could play Skyblock in a more casual way at my own pace. When I first heard that Stranded would be a thing, I was thrilled, and am thankful that you've fleshed out this experience I've enjoyed immensely!

I think that Thirty really enhanced the idea of a stranded gamemode, but the original creator was OmicronGaming. Omicron’s “stranded” series didn’t use any custom Hypixel Skyblock items. Thirty’s did. I believe that while Thirty’s playthrough really encouraged the idea of the stranded gamemode but Omicron *did* create it. I think that they both should have got a creative mind. This comment is not meant to hate on Thirty and instead to congratulate Thirty while stating my opinion that Omicron should have got one too. Congrats Thirty and thank you for giving me a reason to come back to Skyblock and I think this gamemode will be a TON of fun to play.

@@inferno23_ How many creative minds do you have again? Its ridiculous that you think your opinion holds any ground against mine with an idea that the admins took and used all the time. I am an endgame player - if i sold ALL my skyblock cakes, ALL my pet collection (which is worth a lot even with candied pets) I can easily afford a tier boosted ender dragon and a giant's sword, which effectively makes me a lot farther along than most other end game players. I think the admins should just let me become a developer and give me another creative mind because that was also my idea and I should be reimbursed properly. If you guys think you're so good and better than me, try and get one yourself. Can you? I don't think so. The best you can do is just skillfully aoe one shot all the enemies you come across with your expensive gear.

I guess I have my own idea, I call it Rock Bottom mode.
Basically, it’s the sheer opposite of Stranded, where you’re not able to go to your private island at all.
With that being said, how will progression work? Well, it’s strictly more of an RPG. As there are no skills to level, but just one level system to work with. Which also means that any player that plays on this mode not only gets a special icon, but a level counter next to their name like how all mobs have their own level counter. Every time you level up, a set of random stats increase while also giving you the choice to increase a stat of your own with a set amount of stat points to spend.
If that doesn’t work, we can still have the same skills except give more stat increases. Or have the speed stat increase whenever you walk for long periods of time.
In terms of getting collections, each of the fortune stats will be bolstered to avoid grinding for weeks on end, and instead make it just about a week to grind whatever collection you’re achieving.
The level system was inspired by the Mario & Luigi RPG Series, where every time you level up, all stats gain some increases, while also giving a bonus spinner on any stat you select, and the trick is to time it when the number hits its highest, leaving you with one big stat increase, morphing Mario and Luigi’s archetypes respectively.
I just decided to make this as the video was playing, so I tried my best to explain how it would work in my own eyes lol.

Note: Do NOT use salad, if you are planning on mining do it correctly, not on some stupid app that will burn out your PC without relent to only give you a *slight* amount of the income it mined, and as a sweet plus triple your electricity bill.

I've had this idea about a 2nd passive untradable pet like the grandma wolf. It's name is "Forge Lizard". The way you obtain it is by forging 100 items . And that's for the common one. When you hit a certain milestone for forged items it upgrade its rarity and for each rarity it gives you a forge slot(up to a total of 10). As its 2nd perk it will give you small chance to instantly forge anything. And for its 3rd perk it will let you use the command /forgemenu or something which can open the forge from anywhere.
EDIT: other cool thing I think will be very useful to a lot of players is the "Pocket drill mechanic". It basically works like Maddox bat phone, but it opens the drill mechanic menu instead.

Congrats thirty! to help with mining what about like an island like the pond island or farming island in the cobble collection that just creates a rock island filled with the a different ores you need? like an enchanted cobble topped with diamonds of some sort? could create and mine those out to get collections maybe some special chest at the core with some cool pickaxe to make it useful for normal players
and make sure iron and gold aren't included since you can already get those

Honestly, I have been sort of disliking skyblock being a pretty competitive and multiplayer oriented game for game breaking/efficient strategies like rev trading or dungeons, especially since I don’t have many people who are interested in a grind heavy game like this. Having a single player option and a different universe for skyblock is very interesting and I would be down to try it.
Props to omicron for letting thirty do this. He should be given some credit from the community

Never played this game, but can you get money from being good at PVP or building some very advanced farms which may include pistons (sci-craft level stuff)?
No,you grind killing the same mobs over and over again and then you spend 10M on making killing these mobs and bosses efficiently and them you quit

don't it will ruin your gpu... even if they say its fine mining anything like crypto can reduce your pc's speeds by up to 20% or more a year (Permanently). and it makes it so you can't really use your pc anyway cause it slows it down just to mine

I feel like hypixel needs a system to kick people out of your coop even if it’s a 2 person coop if they have been offline for a month or more as I have had to throw away all my progression in a coop because a coop mate quit and I can’t add anyone.

And then you could like upgrade the island to get to the next floor. idk all the bosses like can spawn on that island after idk solving puzzels that spawns on the island or finding stuff. idk. would be nice to be able to get all normal stuff but on standed. But to get all of that its like ironman but so much harder

Scicraft made a SkyBlock challenge. They made a few episodes and they kinda of also had some workarounds for unobtainable items. You could check it out on ilmango's channel
