Try chatting with Osteopath see if they can help, & Acupuncture, Reiki.
Definitely acupuncture, massage, manipulation therapy, traction machine and injections. I also do physical therapy for my sciatica which helps a bit. Id call your insurance and find somewhere else in network to get MRI or the emergency room. 🙌🏽🙏🏽❤️
Try this exercise, it's helped a number of people with sciatica: Find some place where you can hold onto with both hands, like a doorframe. Take one shoe off. Raise that legs knee and then let the leg swing back and forth ten times, each time lifting your knee up to a right angle. Do the same with your other leg. Do this exercise 3 time every day. This may free the sciatic nerve, if it's trapped. It's helped me and some of my friends. Good luck 🍀🤗

Thank you Irene for being a beacon. Sorry for this long text. I really hope that those listening understands that 432hz is nothing more than a silent radio station. To activate the radio station, someone has to come on air. The soothing healing feeling you experience is Iren’s intention, will, and love. It is not you and your intention, will, or love you are feeling, and it cannot heal you. We all know this, that only you can fix the thing you need healing for. There are no shortcuts, guides, pills, AI’s, or recipes that can turn your ember into an independent flame, because how can you be independent if you are just like someone else, so there is only you and you alone that can enlighten yourself. This radio station is a beacon, a flame, showing you what you can become and take part of. If you understand Iren’s sincere intention, will, and love, her willingness to do this, then you have grown, and you will gladly participate in the flow of everything and amplify this with your love. Love is the will of the universe, and your love is you.
Love is not a thought or emotion, it is the will to enlighten the darkness, the bravery to face every fear, the hunger to connect to and understand the forever flow of everything. Love is what we are and what we do. Thoughts and kind words without action are just dreams. Ego’s dream and do very little, so no flame growing from that ember. Growing embers use their minds to evaluate their doings honestly, and their hearts to motivate themselves into action. They can’t do anything without love. Not by demand, obligation, service, or custom, only motivated by their own independent love in everything they do. Dreams don’t work, turning fear into love, ignorance into understanding, laziness into action, or excuses into honesty does work.
A human life is not about glory, harmony, or peace, it is an evolving predestined simulation that reacts to the choices you make in the challenges you face. It is just a more pleasant way for an ember to grow into a flame, than waking up alone in total darkness.
Everything moves, vibrates, or evolves, nothing stands still, so there is no end, a solid harmonic enlightening plateau, there is only growing by following your love, your brave heart. Even if your soul seed manages to grow into a flame, the awakening of a mind, you will continue to enlighten every dark corner of the questions of existence.
Becoming a mind is all up to you, by your free choices, so there is no judgment by anyone but yourself. There is no God above you, there are only consciousnesses and developing consciousnesses. Those who have been born, embers that became a flame, and those who are trying to be born, growing embers. In human terms you could say that you either are a God, or you are trying to become a God, but the human concept of God is more like a twisted fanfiction, elevating someone into a creature far beyond your own humble abilities, which is like using someone else’s light as an excuse for not trying to enlighten yourselves. If you imagine the first consciousness, born in total darkness, as a great and roaring flame, then your soul seed will be a small ember, a spark, from this flame. You are the same as God, not inferior in any way, but the process of turning your ember into a flame, is all up to you.
There isn't one universe, every creature with a soul is a universe on its own. If you are following other people's ideas, liking the same as others, loving the same as others, always trying to be someone else, then you are not taking responsibility for your universe, and you will eventually be absorbed by a light to fill the void of darkness around you, because that is the great quest, to enlighten every corner of darkness.
The story of The Prodigal Son is not a story of a soul seed spark becoming united with the great flame, it is the story of becoming independent via an ego, and then making a choice of letting go of this meaningless ego making it live and eat with pigs, and instead to go home and do something it knew how to do, because it was born and raised at its fathers farm. So, a free choice of taking part in the true quest for every flame, enlightening every corner of darkness, working at its father farm. Then it was welcomed by its father as an equal!
Again thank you Irene! You are an inspiring beacon, doing your part in the quest! Again sorry for this long text. Please feel free to remove this or do what every you want it. Just felt a need to say this to someone, and you were the inspiration for this text. I hope I soon will stop commenting on your videos and only leave a polite, honest, and sincere like:D
To everyone, it is time to wake up, remember your will, be and evolve your love, be and evolve your own minds. It is time to wake up and grow into a flame. Everything you need to know is already known, all that is left is for you to be and grow your love by facing your fears, enlighten your ignorance, and then connect to every independent flame's quest, as an equal. A lot of channels have been watched and listened to, a lot of music in every form, a lot of books have been read, poems, beautiful art, games, and podcasts, but it was here this text was born. For a long time the road from ember to flame has been almost blocked here on Earth. It has been blocked by the self-serving beta males, enslaving people by their cowardly ideas of someone else fixing their problems in the future, the creation of an authority. Thy shalt not think for yourselves, for I shalt do all your thinking for thy.
The true nature of feminine culture is not aligned with beta males who now are about to destroy a planet, because they think their self serving, totally ignorant, and greedy ideas are better than a rich and complex evolving nature. They think a golf course is better than a field filled with many different grazing animals, constantly evolving their senses to detect the evolving hunters, where females can walk as a flame, a conscious part of a vastly complex nature, as a creator, but that is only possible through the true nature of the feminine culture, the Alpha culture. It is the true understanding of evolution, the path from ember to flame for males and females. The feminine natural culture is to grow a child that exceeds the mother and the father, aka to make things more complex, which is creation in action. Remember the old deep feminine knowledge that there only is and ever was now. It is always now, and time is a fear between memories and expectations, the intermezzo between laziness and action, and can be used as a guide to measure your growth, but it becomes a servant of darkness when it is used to postpone your love and interests to a future that never comes, because there is only now. The image of the nagging mother, wanting everything to be done now, no slacking. It is the truth, and it is more naturally present in females. Another truth always known and never forgotten amongst females, the Alpha gospel known and shown in the nature of every living creature; That it is only through a brave, wise, and curious heart a soul can grow. To love a child naturally leads to a need to be connected to the world around you, and you truly want a healthy world filled with complex life and great challenges for young embers to grow into flames. That is the Alpha feminine way, deeply connected to the Earth, to creation. Males have always been culled in many different ways, often through life or death challenges in nature, where they had to connect to the masculine awakening, feel and connect to the flow of everything through their brave hearts, to endure or survive the challenge. That creates Alpha males, a connection often depicted as a cosmic connection, as if it was something greater than the female Earthbound creation of flames. The masculine awakening is a connection with our true nature as small embers growing in darkness, to see behind the soft curtain of reality, to see through the illusion, so the masculine Alpha nature of awakening truly needs a very brave heart. The feminine become awake as creators, while the masculine becomes awake through the death of their egos, and the bravery to see our true nature. Sorry, I can't stop. I feel the awakening of the mothers, and that is so welcomed. You are the creators of this collective illusion, which is the farmland for growing embers, the men are the connection between the body and the soul. This will be an exciting year.
