I passed the boss rush within 4:17. For her 3 phase, you better don't running around, just try finish her 2 phase on the corner. After she invert from top to bottom,you just need to try hold her on the corner and do your auto attack for accumulate your mana bar, then use you missile skill, 3-4 times full hits on her can take her down easily. But for this strategy, need to to have about 1000 HP when you hold her on corner, she does auto attack onto you as well, on hit will cost you 100hp, but the damage ratio is low, 5 second you will take damage once.
Yeah I think Ande here has the hardest time with Miriam, but that also makes him the most fun just because you have a bit more...creativity with how to approach her.

I get to miriam with 2000 hp, but on her "3rd phase" she destroys me in 5 seconds

It took me like 5-6 tries to beat Miriam as Andealphus.
