I'm about to mod my 20c with Headfirst and Jose Mods. I've already put a 12" speaker in it. The way to make it sound great is to simply use it as a power amp and go from a modeler multi-effects pedal like a Zoom straight into the return on the FX loop. Master volume still works doing that. That tube buffered FX loop adds some warmth to the modeler. I hate that the Headfirst mod will use that tube for a gain stage and end the fx loop on the amp. I'm going to get Headfirst's replacement solid state FX loop to replace it after the mod. Cool video. Rock on.
