How to Create a Line/Vertical Flower Arrangement

- I'm revisiting the basic floral design series, explaining how to create a more creative design using additional flowers and foliages.
This new series of videos looks again at the basic rules used to make the popular geometric shapes. Once these very formal flower arrangements are learned, you have the skills to advance onto a whole host of different designs and style used in both commercial floristry and flower arranging for the home
This time I've used a simple metallic container with luxurious red roses and foliage.

Fresh Flowers

Large Gerbera

Fresh Foliage
Leather Leaf
Yucca leaves
Rose gold dyed Birch Twigs
Accessory

Thank for teaching the basics for us who are new to flowers .

@@sharondower happy to learn, but not too keen on fastening test tubes to sticks method, seems like a lot of work. I’m Happy to use varied greenery from the garden. Although at present we have limited access to flowers. Thank you.

I would think you could get Pepe cones anywhere. Try a florist supplies of online. Thanks for watching.
thank you ma'am😍
Most welcome 😊
Thanks!!
Welcome!
Thank you.
why dont you leave the stems longer so they are closer to bottom of foam and water source?
Because there is no need to, the whole piece of foam is the water source, so as long as the stems are in the foam they have water. Also pushing stems to the bottom prevents stems being placed in from a horizontal position and takes up all the room in the foam. Hope that helps Sharon
Sound not good.
Hi there. If you're having trouble with the sound, you could always switch the subtitles on.
