Not necessarily both have the same level of horny it's the fact that one just doesn't benefit from it and the other is lacking more horny

I'd have to disagree. Just because of the Torture stuff, Bladequeen Lissandra could be an alternative bdsm dominatrix style. The corset and the spikes give a very dom vibe and I think the cleavage works with this one. Also for some reason I like the green, gold/bronze and purple together. I'll defend Blade Queen any day of the week

I actually really like blade queen, the mask on the top of the head is super cool but I do see how it could be a lot better of they toned down the horny
Blade queen is her best skin simply due to the absolutely fantastic particle effects and look of her abilities. One of by far the coolest looks in all of LoL

It's not really the horny that is the problem, the problem is that it couldn't commit to the horny, *or* to the chaste thing.
I mean... just look at the Slaanesh worshipping Eldar- sure, they wear clothes, but *damn* do they COMMIT to the horny.
Then there's the official figure for one of Slaanesh's Vhaos Marines (can't remember the name, sorry). The dude is _literally_ wearing assless chap armor, with chainmail as the only thing between him and the plate style armor.
Even the Battle Sisters take that type of horny to heart.

Blade Maiden Lis reminds me a lot of the Iron virgins in Elder ring. They look so similar and I just started to call them straight up Lisandras in the game

I love Lissandra (she’s my screensaver), but one thing I don’t think I’ll ever be 100% ok with is her chonky-ass neck-guard thing. Like, I understand it’s initial purpose to some degree, but the way it has been transferred into her other skins (except maybe Blade Queen) is horrendous.

Though the criticisms are valid, I still enjoy the fact that Lissandra doesn't have any objectively downright ugly skins. They all look pretty cool/decent, and the sound effects are solid.
My only complaint is the animation for her hair drives me insane with how stiff it is.

The blood one looks ok in the splash but then in game it's a yucky brown/mud color instead of black and red :s

Blade Queen skin youre showing is based on Lady of Pain from D&D and Planscape:Torment game
For me when I see Blade Queen it evokes less the image of an iron maiden and more the image of the Lady of Pain from the Planescape D&D setting, the all powerful protector of Sigil, the City at the centre of the multiverse.
I'd love a Cenobite skin for Lissandra
When I was a teenager in high-school it was really hard to get the new bright and shiny champion because IP was not as plentiful as blue essence is so when they revealed the new champion was an ice mage with a killer design and an ultimate that up to that point visually was up there for unique animations I absolutely had to get her so I worked hard to get the RP to buy her and her launch skin. But when I found out her launch skin was ice wizard but red I was super disappointed. I genuinely don't think it's possible for riot to give this champion a bad skin bloodstone is just a product of its time
I got more of a Lady of Pain vibe from Planescape then Warhammer on blade queen.

What I don't appreciate with Blade Queen is that even in COLORBLINC MODE, the colors mix with the Grass making it hard for me to read the abilities specially she's AOE.
The splash arts are good though. Especially Blade Queen. _Mwah!_ I don't even play Lissandra and I still like it.

Blade queen isn’t warhammer themed. It’s themed after StarCraft. BladeQueen meaning the Zerg, and the reasons why the brown and purple colors. Personally think the skin is a great shoutout to StarCraft fans

Ok, but picture the second skin with her skin having cracks and like magma flowing underneath. It might still benefit to be a bit more sexy as you say, but I think the skin on itself looks a bit too plain and so does the overall color. It needs something bright, but still evil looking.
The only lissandra skin I actually like is porcelain. The rest I think are pretty bad, which is weird because I feel like she should be a pretty easy champ to make skins for.
