Everybody seems to be doing Squid Game parodies recently. Some bad, some good. Thankfully this is another good one, but not as great as I would have liked.

The setting, jokes, chemistry, and tone need to be handled in a way that not only feels faithful, but also works as a scene by itself, without needing context as to what is being parodied. And for the most part, I feel like this episode does that well.
First of all Wario should have been eliminated in both honeycomb cause he was supposed to cut out HIS and thus breaking the rules and be eliminated in marbles since violence is against the rules, idk about the other games since they were game characters
SPOILERS I love how the ultimate prize was PS5's, so it was basically a pointless competition, though as you said, Mario can scalp them for big money (though he's such a doofus he'd lose the money again). Also, it meant while the others are going to show up in a Playstations All-Stars game, at least they didn't win a fool's prize.
