I would want to wait til next week for the other weapon since you might be able to multi-weapon it easier and cheaper; also with fixas. I wonder if THAT weapon will be used as a base, over the Astraean, since the Light potency will be good against Falz but also you get a boost against non-light, right? Like with Tene? So, it might come out stronger? I don't know... Not to sure if I will re-augment for Ajax >.>; Since its level 70, it might be BiS (besides Eclair) for the longest of time.
Justitean will be best against Light weak enemies like Dark Falz and those in Stia (Dext Base/Vets) but the Astraean will be better for everything else

They had a good thing going with all the different weapons being specialized at different things but they ruined it by making 1 weapon just the best in all scenarios
I know it’s been said that the potential on the Neos Astrean weapons are good, but I don’t understand why. I get higher potency is better, but Im unsure how good PB charge rate and PP cost down are over a potential that gives crit rate like obsidia. Also will it be fine to just keep using Efitus armor? I am unsure why everyone recommends the purple armor when it looks so bad with the penalty to damage resistance.
Because damage is nil if you're good at sidestepping and weapon action dodge/block/parry. It is kinda to take full unmitigated damage in this unless you get caught off guard.
The damage output is just so much higher that the variance, even if you are hitting on the lower end, will not matter in comparison. However, if you manage to get a fixa fatale on the Astraean, it will be even that much better. No need to upgrade from Efitus armor quite yet, just up to you as the increases are pretty minimal for armor.
We will most likely get 9 Star Weapons and 8 Star Armor around June when the Ultra Evolution Update comes out. So still viable for a good amount of time
I enjoyed the new update. Dark Falz was my original favorite UQ and now Dark Falz Aegis is (aside from the music, I prefer Dark Falz's) even better. I do have one complaint... There needs to be an Augment Remover. It is beyond foolish, absurd even, that we don't have any. My reasons are two-fold. The first is the most obvious. Player convenience. It is no small feat to aquire millions upon billions of Meseta without selling gacha items on the Player Market. Every. Augment. Matters. Especially on armor and weapons with Fixas. We should be able to remove them. I'd make Augment Removers in the same camp as Salon and Color Change Passes. I'd also make an "N" variant. Augment Remover lets you remove a single Augment from a single piece of gear. N-Augment Remover removes all Augments on a single piece of gear. The second is it wouldn't hurt anything, would it? We would still grind, farm, and buy our gear and augments like usual so literally no chances there at all. Passes can't be sold on the Player Market, so you won't have to rely on the "charitability" of strangers. They can't influence the market at all so no danger there. The passes can only be obtained with AC or SG, making the game MORE MONEY (can even add extra by removing the infinitely useful and scarce N-Grinder "rewards" from the Gold Mission Pass and replacing them with (N-)Augment Removers, again, making them MORE MONEY). So...why haven't we gotten this yet? I know I can't be the only person with an idea like this. Are not enough people complaining about it or...?
You can just override it with a single cheap capsule until it fails to stick if you want to remove an augment. Unless you meant that you want to remove an augment and have the corresponding capsule reimbursed to your inventory?
@@bladegrip8459 The latter. Removing augs is easy. I meant remove the aug and it be sent back to your inventory for reuse. Like Materia. Obviously I would like for it to just be an option to remove them, but for the sake of NGS's longevity, I suggested what I did.
I agree that there should be something players can do for augments. Maybe the ability to transfer them but the success rate is lower than their normal rate or some way to clean slate the armor and get partial reimbursement of our mats. I feel that right now the game punishes you for wanting to upgrade by forcing you to farm stuff that you should not have to because you worked hard enough the first/second/whatever time to craft what you want and upgrade in a way that matters for you. Can’t help but feel that this ride with stia has been roughy with about 4 weapons you could buy from a shop of some sort and we are about to have a 3rd elemental weapon…
@@jamesbaker9924 Basically. My original idea was to have chance percents, but drooped it in favor of a Pass Form. Feels more player friendly and can even buy them for SG/AC. My idea will only help everyone so it is sad we don't have it yet. I'd even take the percentage chance idea over nothing at all.
@@Ethonra The thing is, how many capsule should be reimbursed? Each augment can take as low as one capsule to stick depending on how the player approaches their augmenting attempt. Reimbursing 10 capsules means players have the potential to infinitely duplicate the capsules with enough chance boosters and augment protections. Reimbursing 1 capsule is... the feature might as well not exist.
I got a katana literally on my first try I didn’t know what I had until I posted it on my Facebook group everyone was losing there mind because it had a fixia of 3 and I got it in my first attempt 😂
I like that they're bringing back the support scratch right as they release new gear 🙄😮💨 Clearly that's the only thing keeping this game afloat right now. Gotta keep players in that continual loop where they have to spend real money in order to maximize their gear and their own in-game meseta profits. Falz Aegis takes less battle power than Stia Dominators and drops more powerful gear. GG SEGA. Not a single reason to ever run that purple again, what with gunblazes being so common in Neusen if that's all you're after. This is supposed to be the final boss, the biggest baddest of them all. We were given an assortment of powerful augments under the guise of a "get big and strong" campaign, and they're not even necessary as the barrier for entry to this UQ is so low. Now they've added a new augment with that magical 4% potency. For what??? To make the pitiful challenge of the game even less so? Grinding for and re-selling augment capsules that aren't even necessary to be able to clear content. That's the current end game? I was mildly intrigued by what they'd do with personal spaces but now I just don't care. The game really is dying despite the life support measures they have it on.
Can we please start advocating for them to add pokemon like collectable monsters to the exploration zones, and an arena that we can battle them in? I want to see pso2 style combat NOT turn based and make it PVP. I SWEAR that would be more than enough for my guild to not be afk all day
I’m in two minds. First of all I’ve only just got my first batch of infernium, so all that time is wasted. But secondly there’s only a really long boss fight that’s new so I’m not bothered? Wierd game. I love it. But wierd.
i quit man XD im never touching this hellhole of a loop they call a game!!! 60+ hours grinding out infirnium , before that weapon 100+ hours grinding blizzardium and ice orbs ............. just too have none of it matter a week after u finish grinding because yes ANOTHER WEAPON DROPS im out
I don't know dude. The inferium weapon, while it is indeed weaker than Neos. Its still usable for months. Unless if you really want to gain and use new weapon everytime. But its your own decision for wanting to do it. Nobody force you to use the newest weapon everytime. And tbh after some point of the game, every game became a loop. Its not exactly new thing.
