Ryze and Cassiopeia, Kassadin are very similar champions. Weaker early but extremely easy in late game as they have very low ability cooldowns and very easy to use abilities :)😊😉👍

I really disagree, yeah he has utlity but I watched so many playoff games in different regions where Ryze hard 1v9s, does insane damage and solo kills eveyrone.
