This workout is EPIC. Very efficient movements. Got my heart-rate, my respiration and my perspiration humming at a peak level of engagement. Very creative movement combinations. I especially appreciate the ongoing arm movements in motion with the leg movements. So challenging but also fun that the 30 minutes flew by. And your smile at the end (after cool-down/stretch) was bright as sunshine in blue sky.
Every morning you appear on my TV and I am working out with you. My husband always tells me to smile like you and workout but your exercises are so fun, easy to follow and effective to the level that I can't smile but focus and sweat like hell.

i was hesitated to try this one previously because of the relatively more squat... however after doing Eleni's workout for few mths, I found my thighs are slimmer + stronger. This morning I could smash this workout without any difficulties This is an excellent low impact workout to burn fat.
