As someone who was hospitalized for a month and now trying to get my life back together. Your all-standing, no jumping, no repeat workouts have been a God send. And I can feel them working too. Thank you so much!!
This workout is excellent. User-friendly (beginner friendly) with great pacing, great movement, and great sustained movement to build heart-rate and sweat. Sweat is dripping down from my forehead into my eyebrows and my sideburns, making it hard to leave this comment. Thank you. These All Standing Workouts (ASW) are the only ones I can do so every time one of these pops into my daily UA-cam feed I either do it or save it in my EleniFit workouts file.

With your videos, I have been able to regularize my workouts and be consistent with it without having too much changes to the overall theme of the workout. I can pick 5 videos and repeat that for a month and for the next month I can start new set of 5 videos of yours ❤ this keeps me motivated and less bored of the workout regime. ❤ Thanks for being such a wonderful tutor ❤ I consider your videos a blessing ❤
For a 58yr old male I found this workout confusing what foot went with what arm and some of the exercises my limbs refused to do! Found this more intermediate however I stuck with it and done the full half hour and enjoyed it. i have done a few Eleni fit routines now a slower targeting routemen for us elderly would be welcome. 30 min intense walk tomorrow wish me luck...

Hi Eleni. That was a great workout for my level. I felt I was doing all the exercises properly and wasn't willing the countdown to reach 100%. The only one I struggled with was the wobbly quad stretches. So nothing new there. I keep practicing, and can do them for a bit longer now. Thanks.

I've noticed the calorie burn for every single workout has broadened from 200 to 350, making it harder to estimate calorie utilization for an average user. I don't use any trackers or watches, and I understand it's just a guideline, however, maybe you'll consider bringing back a narrower estimation again. That used to be a very unique, useful feature of your channel and helped greatly with the fitness goals. Thanks again for all your hard work and the great workouts!
