Hedgehog Slice ( No Bake ) - mysweetambitons

Hi guys today I will be sharing a recipe a got from taste.com.au. I modify the recipe slightly
For the ingredients
2 packets of marie or any plain sweet biscuit 500 g or 60 pcs
3 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (I used dutch process)
4 tbsp shredded coconut
250 g melted butter
1 can or 395 g condensed milk
For the topping
250 g baking milk chocolate
2 tsp vegetable oil
