Moist Double Chocolate Cake Recipe

🔹Cake Ingredients:
- 2 eggs large size- 60 grams per each 0:15
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 0:18
- 100 g sugar (1/2 cup) 0:23
- 100 ml milk (1/2 cup) 0:46
- 55 g vegetable oil (1/4 cup) 0:50
- 120 g all purpose flour (less than a cup) 0:58
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder 1:03
- 1 tsp baking powder 1:07
🔺20 cm round cake pan 1:42
🔸Chocolate Sauce:
- 100 ml milk (1/2 cup) 2:45
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder 2:46
- 25 g sugar (1.5 tbsp) 2:50
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil 2:53
- 50 g milk chocolate (1/2 package) 3:14
Pour chocolate sauce on the cake 3:38
🔺350 Fahrenheit OR 175 Celsius degrees pre-heated oven 1:55
For 30-35 minutes or a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 2:04
🔷Refrigerate for 2-3 hours after adding the chocolate sauce 3:49
Cover with chocolate ganache and grated white chocolate if you like.
