Women of Substance Digicel Foundation EPIC Partner 2022

Women of Substance received TT$100,000 to develop Shangri-La- an empowerment centre for women who are victims of domestic violence. The space allows for women to come for counselling, to socialise, to use the internet, and to get their hair done. Shangri-la also has a thrift shop.
