    Hyy ...i should also join your this journey because I'm also 81 kg nd i want to loose 20 kg because I'm facing irregular periods with harmonal imbalance but I'm so stressed what should i do because i want that my periods should come always on time 😔but they are irregular can u suggest me something to cure my irregular periods problem because almost 45 days gone but i didn't get my periods what's going inside I'm not understanding what should I do i m so stressed right now

As it's been 45 days without a period and you're experiencing hormonal issues, I strongly feel you should consult with a gynecologist. She can properly evaluate your situation, run necessary tests and provide personalized medical advice for your specific needs. Trust me your weight loss goals are admirable but it's important to do it in a healthy way. Start with gentle exercise like walking or yoga also practice stress management through meditation. Get good sleep 7-8 hours per night. You will be fine soon. Take care.

      @@dishaawasthii hmm mne gynecologist ko dikhaya h nd kyuki pichle saal bhi muj same dikt hui thi us time sbhi tests hue the usme prolactin Harmone increased tha ho kse skta h wo b smj ni aata na m married na breastfeeding lady hu yh Harmone bhi badh skta h gjb hi h yh body bhi nd abhi to dr.       Haha mai bhi aadat se majboor hu but mai sugar add nahi karti and jo milk use karti hu woh skimmed milk hota hai without fat wala toh shayad yeh itna impact nahi Kare

      Baccha mai chai mein sugar bilkul add nahi karti plus jo milk use karti hu woh skimmed milk hota hai without fat wala toh i feel woh itna impact nahi kar sakta
