    its realy close to dr. nicola rinaldis research how to keep a healthy female metabolism which is as close to 2300 for a sedentary women of bmi 19-24 eating without restriction

    So I’m at the beginning of my journey with an ED Dietician in Australia. I have followed you for a while and understand that restriction is not the way. However, does that lean than weight loss is simply not possible? Especially in middle age?

      That's a very complex question. The best way to answer it is that weight loss is not an option while you are working on ED recovery. ED recovery always has to come first.

      i ask because i was long term anorexic and fit bit addicted. so i needed a fokus and simply ate 2400 in a moderate- daylife for 174 cm and not using scale...

    he ist telling that a standart woman need around 2400 calories a fay just tto maintain homoestasis - exercise would not burn so much because the body tends to take back on other processes,
