Thank you so much! There are actually a LOT of rentals on the books planned. A good bit of these have large rental parts as well as so many other areas developing rentals too. Usually when they slate them for condos, once they sell one unit as a condo the whole building has to become "condo." We saw this back in the 2006-2009 timeframe. They can't do half and half on condos / apts. Are you looking for a rental instead of a condo? The only thing I would say right now is that it's actually become more cost-effective to buy a condo in DC with the rental prices the way they are.
