I'm 43 years old, and I can say that when things do not work out, it's because that's not where you're supposed to be. When it does not make sense how you're able to accomplish something, that's when it's meant for you. Some people push through in situations they know aren't right, and they end up stuck or with great regrets. But when people go with the flow, they tend to end up, overall, where they're happiest. I hope what I'm trying to say makes sense.

I'm a Mexican who lived in the Bay Area and am living in New Zealand. Here in New Zealand, you are never far from a beach. I don't live right by the beach but I am about 4-5 minutes from a beach and 3 or 4 little bays. Here bays are smaller beaches.

To move and buy a house and be paying rent right now, while working and traveling and filming content is absolutely jaw dropping! Yes but i can kind of see how she could do it. She's been wanting to get a home for a year or more now so she's been saving. She has like what, 3 jobs? (modeling, her clothing line, UA-cam) and now that she has that other house for an investment -guessing she will rent it out- then that helps her pay for things. Her having a home with so many bedrooms means she's moving some others in or i guess just a party place. Esp near a beach. Haven't finished the video yet

Yes. I live across the street from a beach in Jp. The plot twist- you wont go to the beach as much as you think, it will become normal to see it everyday. No problems during typhoon season other than crabs and other sea life being displaced after the storm.

That little room off the second kitchen could be a laundry room with linen and cleaning supplies, since there is clearly plumbing right there for that kitchen. Also, fridge drawers have become more and more common. You could get 4 fridge drawers, use 2 as freezers. Maybe 2 freezer drawers and get a single door under-counter fridge. Just a suggestion thinking about the stairs.

I grew up on the beach ( in south Texas) and I still live very close to it. There is something about being near the beach that is just another level. Yes there are serious threats that come with it such as HURRICANES!!! yet I have lived through countless ones, including Hurricane IKE which did take everything. But things can be replaced, your time and youth can NOT. I think you will love it and like you said you only live once, not to mention your in Japan, how freaking awesome is that. Love your channel and seeing all the adventures you are having.

In the 70s our family lived on the beach used to watch the storms come in and the ice form on the waves in winter. We lived in Ocean view Virginia; hot and humid in summer and freezing in winter!

My parents have a beach house on the water in NC and I can tell you it is hyper expensive. They had to put in a rock sea wall to protect their property from erosion which cost them over $48,000. The upkeep is never ending and something is constantly needing repair or replacement. I love going down there but it is a huge money pit.
I live in a small beach town and my house is 3 blocks from the beach and I love it. To hear the ocean with my windows open is so calming. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

hello SUNDAI i havent watched you for long but i just wanted you to know how proud of you i am. you are doing what i wanted to do when i was young. but taking care of a husband who had a heart trasplant in 08, then a couple rounds of cancer, just found out he has parkinsons .now i also care for my brother how has heart failure and mentally ill on top of everything. but you deserve that new house.i am so happy happy happy for you.

I grew up on the beach ( in south Texas) and I still live very close to it. There is something about being near the beach that is just another level. Yes there are serious threats that come with it such as HURRICANES!!! yet I have lived through countless ones, including Hurricane IKE which did take everything. But things can be replaced, your time and youth can NOT. I think you will love it and like you said you only live once, not to mention your in Japan, how freaking awesome is that. Love your channel and seeing all the adventures you are having.

Yeah the stairs are great, but should be an option just in case sometimes you're not feeling it, so I'm with you there. Also, the busy street thing. Yeah, no. I 100% agree, nothing worse than having to fight through a sea of people on your doorstep. Got to breathe that air! Now you'll be breathing fresh sea air...will be amazing for your mind and body
In the 70s our family lived on the beach used to watch the storms come in and the ice form on the waves in winter. We lived in Ocean view Virginia; hot and humid in summer and freezing in winter!

My parents have a beach house on the water in NC and I can tell you it is hyper expensive. They had to put in a rock sea wall to protect their property from erosion which cost them over $48,000. The upkeep is never ending and something is constantly needing repair or replacement. I love going down there but it is a huge money pit.
