Also worth noting, sometimes despite saying "defeat quickly" what it actually means is "don't lose a certain amount of health". For example: In Piccolo's 2nd/3rd form Frieza fight it says "defeat quickly" but actually means "do not lose 1 bar of health". Saw that tip in a reddit thread and tested it and can confirm it worked for me. I don't know if this is true for all what ifs but figure it'd be helpful to leave this comment here if anyone else is struggling with getting the what if for that fight.

No cap he definitely was then you had to fight Zamasu too & they were taking so long to switch him out with Trunks
Ngl I didn't even realize the raditz one was a time limit thing lmao. Thought I was losing it. W guide.
Might have figured this out by now but the game tells you (vaguely) how to do the alternate finished in the battle details screen in the pause menu. Note these are misleading at times as for the Jeice fight you're more likely to get the alternate version because the game ASSUMES you'll deflect a certain super attack.
The fact that you can't see any kind of timer during the story mode when you're supposed to pay attention to the time elapsing is stupid.

So far I've noticed that the AI in Sparking Zero is much better on defense compared to BT3. It really likes to break out of your combos. Also it'll almost never just eat a raw super/ultimate, you pretty much have to combo it into something. Or like Thundershot says, kick it while it's down or busy charging ki.

i beat him in under 1 minute but it still didn't unlock the "what if" scenario... i don't get it
Ultimate spam is probably the only way to do it. A shame that the restrictions are so tight.
Thunder the goat for making this but also people should know they're what if stages anyways because if you look at the map you can see that they have a branch off. Caught some of the stream yesterday but I wanted to go in blind so I can hopefully catch it soon the next time you stream

Do you have to defeat goku black only on the truth of zamasu mission? I tried for an hour to kill them both employing the same stat and I can never defeat zamasu in time.
Fighting the giant apes are pain in the ass to fight I hope they fix that
Are you doing this on the lower difficulty setting? I'm having a hell of a time on the default difficulty setting trying to get these.
You can't get them on lower difficulty, actually. So he's doing it on default

It does
I do this strat but I end it a bit early and go into the upward finisher because it seems like a guaranteed confirm into the Super Kamehameha.
What kind of nonsense is this? It shouldn't matter how quickly you beat a fight. If you make a certain decision, it should stay that way.

for raditz, it seems to be a timer AND not losing health (dont lose like a bar of health i think)
