I use a Apple Macbook. I assume you are only able to accomplish this with having Microsoft Word (not the online version). Tried with Pages and Word Online. No luck.
Hi Sharon, thank you for the video. I have been doing exactly what you say to do in the video, however, every time I send an email to someone, it goes out with the signature all over the place and with very blurry pictures, even though they are HD. It seems like the problem is formatting but I cant seem to figure out what to do.. any thoughts?
Hi Jennifer! Have you tried copying your signature block and then right-click and try different "paste options" like keep source formatting, etc. I hope one of those will work for you!
I have the new version of outlook and when I try to copy and paste the email signature into the blank email--it doesn't copy properly. the logo isn't there. Help!

Thank you. I created my signature, but when I paste it into my desktop outlook it will not accept it with links or photo. What am I doing wrong?
