I've been relying on ibuprofen and prescription triptans that don't always help. Recently I had a bad migraine, searched for my Zok and looked up how and why to use it. I found your video and it really clicked. I tried my Zok again and understood that it's not just a gimmick. Now, I love it! My Zok helps reduce my migraine pain level almost every time and sometimes even takes it away completely. On the Zok UA-cam they say step one the bulb should never reinflate when you let go. You are saying it should reinflate while in your ear. You are both give opposite instructions on method 1.
Mine will NOT hold a suction. The second I let go, it fills up with air and falls off. It won't even suction onto any other part of my body. Just releases and falls off. It doesn't work!

It worked for me in seconds! I've been suffering for three months with migraines caused/exacerbated by barometric changes. I spent hundreds of dollars on doctor visits, and they had no answers for me. My head has been clear for five days now. @@lallette just a few weeks ago I found out the reason I’ve had migraines every day for seven years is because I’ve been taking Zyrtec every day. It’s not a very common occurrence that someone would go through this side effect like I did, but that was the reason for what happened to me. I’m very grateful that the pain is now gone for good, but also my mom she suffered from migraines for a long time and she found out it was because of her high blood pressure.
You are 💯% correct asking that question. You can get the same result with a baby ear cleaner. This is just a ploy to buy an expensive simple baby ear cleaner. This is a company that came and gone within a year.
This tool allows for a tight seal in your ear so it can pull out some of the pressure that comes with headaches. I tried this today on a terrible migraine headache and it helped tremendously. For real. I’m so happy that it worked.

Can I ram it up into my right sinus cavity and suck the pressure out of my frontal sinus? I’ve been battling chronic sinus headaches for years and a septo plastic plus sinus surgery didn’t do squat.
@@darrinsiberia I didn’t, I did my own research and noticed that montelukast may help because it things your mucus membranes. It has so far. My sinus surgery was laparoscopic. They made the openings to each cavity larger to help drainage. The septoplasty straightened out my septum which was completely blocking my right nostril. They also shaved down my turbinates which were kinda large. It was a less than thrilling recovery.

This sounds like a blood flow issue, which could be not serious but also could indicate a health risk. Are you able to get to a doctor to have that checked out?

Is this safe to use if you already have eustachian tube issues & have had tubes 3x? My teen suffers from migraines & I would like to try this device, but don't want to cause any further issues either. Thx. ✌🏽
@@grantdagenius I did buy one from Amazon (this same brand), tried it several times, and ended up returning it. It did not work for me, or my teen; and my teen did say that it hurt their ears.

Your eardrum is also called your tympanic membrane. While it is involved in hearing, it’s more of your inner ear that deal with hearing. You may well have ruptured your eardrum at some point in your life when you got sick, especially as a kid. It heals and your good. For years I thought the eardrum was the key to hearing but I learned much more about hearing in anatomy and physiology classes I took recently. Perhaps that helps?

You can probably go buy a camera cleaning dust pump, which is like a douche looking device used for cleaning dust out of lenses. Usually $10 from a camera store.

I don’t know how much it’s actually helped my migraines but it does help with tinnitus! That stopped completely when i used it

Mine reinflates the second I let go of the bulb.

It helps but how far in your ear do you put it because it hurts when it just “hangs” there out the ear.
