Driver harassing cyclists - MD 3DM6146

- Recorded on two Fly 12's and a Fly 6 on December 24, 2019 on St. Michael's Road, Howard County, MD.
The same car was involved in an extended harassment incident with another cyclist on December 21, 2019 in the same area.
Both incidents were reported to Howard County Police.
That driver was an ignorant POS. There license should be suspended at minimum.

I'm a bit late replying to this, but yes, the police tracked down the driver and passenger who were brothers. The driver was a young adult and the passenger a juvenile. The juvenile's case was handled by an informal method which doesn't result in a trial but does at least temporarily create an official record. The adult driver was issued a reckless driving citation which he can either pay or contest in court. If he pays the citation it is a $510 fine and 6 points on his license. If he is found guilty in court the judge could set a different fine and potentially eliminate the points, but given the video I wouldn't expect much leniency by the judge. This car was involved in two events the same week. The citation was actually issued for the first one and not the one shown in this video as it was even worse.
Obviously can't drive or wound up another person,As is mirror is already missing and a massive dent in the rear bumper 😂

Wow, really bad and dangerous behavior. Had a whole empty lane for themselves, but still decided to close pass you guys while laying on the horn and screaming. These were maybe immature juveniles having ^fun^ or something? Though, seen adult people behave like that too, so you never know. No matter who they were, I hope you reported the driver to the police, as close passing cyclists is illegal, and this was even done deliberately.
(Notice for instance at 0:30. A swerve from the cyclist there, or him or the others in front of him suddenly falling from their bicycle due to something in the road would have meant a collision, and probably instant death at that speed. It is sickening that people can have so little concern for other people's lives. It is just wicked.)
Did the police view the video and take the tag number?
