Woah! This is amazing, love the idea of Adam actually acting like the father of mankind and wanting his descendants to be given a chance of redemption.
I love that idea. We’ve always seen it done literally/by the Bible, or where literally everyone else _but_ Adam has some kind of point and Adam is portrayed as either very dumb, or a jerk, or both.
If _Paradise Lost_ gave us s^xy Satan, and Hazbin gave us depressed goofball Satan, I would really like to see someone try their hand at Adam being the literal father figure for Humanity and trying to advocate for his children to have more than just free will, but guidance and to be given the family they possibly never had when alive, to become better people and care/change.
My personal favorite description (I write him demi/demi because as a demi I got tired of Aces and Aros telling me to stay in my lane, and thus, I do) of Alastor coming to terms with the idea of love, and what it means when it’s not all gussied up by Hollywood, is that there are people in his life he would trade not just his _life_ for, but his soul for. And then the separation of familial love vs romantic love comes down to him deciding whom he would want to _always_ have by his side if he’s to host Christmas dinner every year. (Yes, I essentially have Alastor logic his way into “ohhh love is about giving a f^^^!”)
And for anyone curious, he narrows the romantic love down to two people and then gives up on his s^xuality because the moment someone brought up a Kinsey scale he tuned out. Just works out real well that the three of them are more than happy as a closed triad.
So Adam actually starting a hotel and being a Good Dad and basically teaching all of his descendants how to be good people, and the benefit of being a person who “gives an eff” would be very cool to see.
Uum, well, It actually exist an father figure Adam... The Adam of Shuumatsu no Valkyrie is the father of all the fandom... I love him too much ❤

@@fruitloops2058 I mean, I don’t think the actual VAs for the characters *could* do this, contract law is complicated and there probably is a clause that, so long as they’re under contract, they can’t perform their actual fan roles in fan work like this. You’d probably need to study the details of similar contracts which are publicly available for viewing.

I love the idea of Adam wanting to redeem sinners and make so much sense to because he is the original man so all of humanity is his kids in a way and also he would feel responsible because he was the one to eat the forbidden fruit and if he never did that then Sin would have not come into Earth so it's his fault why humans are in hell so he would want to redeem them because he would feel like it's his responsibility
Yeah but in Hazbin Hotel, Adam didn't eat the apple. It was just Eve. Unless Adam and Eve were also swapped in this au.
this is a different universe so I would just assume that he did eat it because it would make for a better story and also Charlie and Adam swapping places does make sense because Charlie is the daughter of Lucifer so it makes sense that she would like to see sinners suffer now I know in the actual show it's a lot different Lucifer being a lot nicer and stuff but I like the idea of mixing the Bible and the show because just on paper that makes sense that Charlie and Adam would be like that

In this AU, it would make sense why Adam would want the sinners to be given a chance of redemption because he is the first man, so he’s very caring of the humans, his descendants as he’s like the father of humanity really and not to mention he ate an apple from the forbidden tree and it would make sense as why he wants to give the sinners a second chance.

in this universe Valentino is a great, caring employer and Angel is an overlord which has locked Val into a contract draining him of his money and has also forced Val into making corn films that he and the actors are uncomfortable with but Angel enjoys.
Idk what the Vees would be called but it would probably be Alastor, Husk and Angel. Maybe Cherri.

Swap AU lore:
Adam isn't a Sinner. He began the genociding for fun asshole we know and love, but one Extermination he saw something that made him question slaughtering his children for fun: a Sinner showing a heavenly virtue that even he couldn't deny. Irrefutable selflessness. Zestial, the oldest and smartest of all Sinners who had every reason to run away from him, sacrificed his life to protect Carmilla's daughters, kids that weren't even his. The old man gave his battle with Adam his absolute everything, even though he KNEW that he couldn't spill a drop of the First Man's golden blood. Adam couldn't understand how ANY Sinner, let alone an Overlord that should be the most vile of all his fallen descendants, could be selfless like that. So Adam gave Zestial mercy, severely wounding him but letting him escape and blaming it on the old fossil being craftier than he expected.
When that Extermination ended, Lute didn't come back with the others. She cornered Rosie, another Overlord and the ruler of Cannibal Town, and Rosie tried to cut a deal for her people to be spared, offering her life in exchange for those of her citizens. Lute took that offer, thinking Adam would consider it a worthy trade, but the other Exorcists considered the deal collaborating with the enemy and mutinied with Vaggie, tearing Lute's wings off and carving out her eye before leaving her for dead in the wreckage of Cannibal Town. Rosie escaped in the chaos, and not even having an Overlord's head to bring back to Adam, Lute refused to even TRY to get help from her boss out of shame. But Adam found her, he stayed back after the Exterminators left to find her and tended to her wounds. Despite the sway he held in Heaven, Adam couldn't get Lute back there, if Emily found out she spared hundreds of Sinners then she'd be officially banished and reviled by all of Heaven like Lucifer, if not killed outright. But after Lilith and Eve abandoned him, Adam wasn't gonna abandon Lute, he would visit her as much as he could in her exile. Even if it meant begging his ex-wife Lilith for permission to freely enter Hell outside of Exterminations. The Big Boss of Hell Herself's price for granting Adam this permission was getting her beloved daughter Charlie into Heaven. It was a hard sell for Emily, but Adam convinced her with some help from Sera.
Adam soon after retired from leading the Exterminators, telling Emily he blamed himself for Lute's fall and he simply couldn't put that mask on without bursting into tears knowing he's never going to see Lute in hers ever again. With his free pass into Hell, Adam spent more and more time there as the years progressed. Eventually he realized that for all its glamorousness, Heaven would never be his paradise without Lute. He survived for decades on Earth with Eve, he could survive the rest of eternity in Hell with Lute. . . his third wife.
In his new life in Hell, Adam saw Sinners being not monsters but simply flawed people. For reasons Adam didn't quite understand, Zestial befriended him and introduced him to the very people he had tried to kill the day they had their battle. The old spider wasn't even Carmilla's second husband or anything, he was just a really close friend and protected her daughters because he cared about them! The Sinners were still people, still his children. There were some scumbags, sure, but the bulk of the Sinners were just flawed people who made bad mistakes. They needed HELP, not punishment! So with Lute by his side and Zestial as their Hazbin Hotel's backer, Adam is intent on being the father to the Sinners he should have been from the start and help them reach Heaven. Yes, Zestial takes Alastor's role in this AU and his big backstory twist to parallel Alastor's Deal is that he's actually the Sinner form of Cain and supported the hotel idea so he can be redeemed and accepted by his father.
Meanwhile, Charlie grows accustomed to living in an environment where Sinners are demonized, where everything Lucifer said about them not being worth fighting for is reinforced. But what made Charlie snap was finding out about her Daddy's deal with Adam to get back into Heaven. Seeing him truly give up on the people he gave free will broke Charlie, it shattered the dream Lilith had passed down to her. And in Charlie's moment of weakness, not knowing who she could count on, her best friend Vaggie POUNCED. She confessed her love to Charlie and convinced her that if not even Lucifer was willing to stand up for the Sinners then they deserve Extermination and he tainted creation for NOTHING. Extermination is just cleaning up the mess. The Charlie we see in Season 1 is a woman who has been molded in Vaggie's image to be Heaven's Greatest Exorcist, convinced she's the only good thing Lucifer ever made and that it's her duty to clean up her father's mess. That maybe if she keeps the Sinner population under control, Lucifer will feel less depressed over creating them to begin with. Charlie still wants to help people, when not on Extermination-related business she spreads joy like an unofficial third Seraphim, she GENUINELY thinks the Extermination is necessary for Heaven's survival. Though she's be lying if she said it wasn't incredibly fun.
You Didn't Know's big reveal is that Lute, the one angel Adam always trusted and he thought could never betray him, killed Cain in the 1600s and made him become Zestial. The Exterminations and her then unspoken love for Adam made her utterly despise him and see him as nothing short of vile. The first TRUE Sinner continuing a life of sin on Earth where the Exterminators could never reach him, the last of Adam's mortal blood coursing through his veins. So she went down to Earth and killed him with Angelic Steel, the only thing that could negate the immortality the Elder Angels cursed him with, to drag Cain down to Hell and make him burn for the sins of his unreservedly long life until she could kill him again.
Charlie's not gonna die in Episode 8. Adam sees her as the inheritor to his mistakes and blames HIMSELF for what she's become so he won't kill her, Lilith still loves her More Than Anything, and the AU Sir Pentious isn't as blaster-happy as canon Niffty is stab-happy. Being spared by the very man who started the Exterminations and later seeing Niffty appear in Heaven and being a good person gives Charlie a crisis of conscience in Season 2, and once Sera finds out about it she arranges a meeting with a very sympathetic Adam to show Charlie that her remorse isn't a sign of going soft but the first step on a road to redemption that Adam can guide her down.
