It’s a _really_ interesting swap AU to consider Al doing something/the hotel for reasons other than his contract or boredom. (Maybe still for boredom but he partially feels that way because _he_ knows how horrible he was in life, so he knows his sins won’t be redeemed. But other people who are just people kicked down to hell for ~reasons~ he might take interest ((if not lacking it being “entertaining”)) in helping them get out of Hell.)
I love Alastor face in 1:38 going from "what are you as--" to the grin when he realizes "You didn't know?" because now he realizes he finally has leverage to press.
Tbh, I would definetely pay for watching this AU instead of the original series, getting a new desing for most of these fellas and a new meaning for the whole story, that would be so fucking cool

I feel like baggie and Charlie should have only done one duet instead of two. And it should have been Charlie hitting those high notes at the end when exposing Lucifer.

Maybe she was bought up to be judged on if she deserved to stay down there (let’s not ignore who her parents are lol, look how things are here, heaven might as well have ignored how she’s a newborn and sent her back down for the sole reason of being the child of Lucifer and Lilith), this resulting on her being taken from her parents and into heaven, fed into the ideals to be against what Alastor and Lucifer are defending here. Perhaps she even took it on a personal level. Her father, a previous angel, standing side by side with someone who’s defending sinners, even knowing all the horrible deeds that land a person in hell, instead of at his daughter’s side? Following that line of thought one could see some hatred and jealousy mixed with longing when Charlie exposes her dad and is, seemingly, participating in the exterminations. I dunno, don’t mind me obsessing over the concepts, the animatic isn’t helping haha. The ideas for AUs with HH are endless and I love them, so many things you can play with. :)
it also shows Alastor is a very complex character more of an anti-hero than a villain I've seen Simon/ice king which probably the first anti-hero I've seen but Alastor seems even more complex, and I can't quite pin down Alastor's motives, but I don't think he's evil I don't know if I've even seen a character with this level of complexity before

This is a really unique take on a Swap Au, the first I have ever seen with Alastor taking Charlie’s role, basically. This honestly feels like it could lead to a Radioapple pairing, with Lucifer and Alastor bridging this hurdle but Lucifer apologizing first. In this version of “More than Anything (reprise)”, it could be a love confession and a vow to Alastor, who has become his most important person since he lost his family to Heaven.

Some how it's kind of refreshing that Adam is the one coming to the defense of the sinners. I mean he was right that those are his descendants and he finds out now that not only have they died in one life but that angels have been erasing them for eons now.

2:55 I don’t know why, but I lost it when they said “Did you ever think your little girlfriend might be a liar”, because Lucifer is actually very little. Look, I don’t ship RadioApple (respect you if you do), but since they’re replacing Chaggie in this reverse animatic, the height difference is pretty accurate tbh. Also the duets sounded kind of funny (no offense!). The ai made it sound like they were aliens or something.
Ok, but I like this version more. I need a fully story (I’ve read the description, and it was roughly that what I’ve imagined) Charlie is actually having daddy issues xD Also Adam being shocked about the extermination makes sense, since he’s the dad of every human. This story would also get interesting, since Charlie and Lucifer have a personal relationship, unlike Adam/Lute and Charlie. But who created the hotel? (The description say that Lucifer merely joined with a fake name) And who’s the king of hell? Lucifer being depressed makes more sense in this version and Alastor being a determined, kind person with twisted/sadistic tendencies is really funny. Also Adam is handsome as fuc- 😳 I need a fanfic about this.
The Hotel, as already answered, was started by Alastor. Hell is shared by the Deadly Sins, and I think they are capable of doing so. As for the Circle of Pride, I think it's run by the Overlords. Everyone knows that the Devil King Lucifer exists somewhere, but does not manifest himself in any way. Maybe he's interfered with something just a couple of times, and that's enough to make him feared, but for the most part, Pride is a realm of anarchy. I don't even think it's very different from the canonical situation in the show's timeline.

Ya know Alastor being the one believing in redeeming sinners alongside Lucifer is honestly pretty wholesome since i feel like being in Hell for so long would definitely give him time to reflect on his actions and in this case decide to change.

Потому что, как бы им не было трудно, здесь у них больше шансов найти покой. Ну или в сериале для двух из них всё будет ещё легче, потому что "быстрое повествование", но я не хочу думать об этом.

This honestly feels like it could lead to a Radioapple pairing, with Lucifer and Alastor bridging this hurdle but Lucifer apologizing first.
In this version of “More than Anything (reprise)”, it could be a love confession and a vow to Alastor, who has become his most important person since he lost his family to Heaven.
Honestly I wish this was made with actual voice actors

Some how it's kind of refreshing that Adam is the one coming to the defense of the sinners. I mean he was right that those are his descendants and he finds out now that not only have they died in one life but that angels have been erasing them for eons now.

Look, I don’t ship RadioApple (respect you if you do), but since they’re replacing Chaggie in this reverse animatic, the height difference is pretty accurate tbh. Also the duets sounded kind of funny (no offense!). The ai made it sound like they were aliens or something.

The Hotel, as already answered, was started by Alastor.
Hell is shared by the Deadly Sins, and I think they are capable of doing so. As for the Circle of Pride, I think it's run by the Overlords. Everyone knows that the Devil King Lucifer exists somewhere, but does not manifest himself in any way. Maybe he's interfered with something just a couple of times, and that's enough to make him feared, but for the most part, Pride is a realm of anarchy.
I don't even think it's very different from the canonical situation in the show's timeline.

Непонятно, правда, больше его или себя. Но удивительно, что это, похоже, не медвежья услуга, т.к. наш недотрога это позволяет. Но когда Вэгги направляется к ним с копьём наперевес и Ал чувствует уже реальную угрозу, то отталкивает Люца - походу, считает его слабее (ОРИРУЮ). Ну или просто хочет перенаправить на себя опасность. Вау.

Это мило, но вы подогреваете мою нездоровую зависимость к этим трём мужчинам. Я даже не думаю, что хотя бы один из них заслуживает такого внимания от меня, но их "добрые" версии (А Люц и в каноне на самом деле не самый хороший персонаж, хоть и хочет быть таким и искренне старается) греют мне душу. Потому что, как бы им не было трудно, здесь у них больше шансов найти покой. Ну или в сериале для двух из них всё будет ещё легче, потому что "быстрое повествование", но я не хочу думать об этом.
