You know you're getting older when a kid calls you sir
Its respect
@@CosmicLogic-ts5vr Does the kid know him tho? Respect has to be earned and if you dont even know someone you cant really respect them. The word "respect" is used wrong a lot these days but remember respect has to be earned
@@joonatan3474 oh yeah yeah, and btw its respect because he is an "elder"
@@joonatan3474 You do not have to know someone to be respectful.
@@joonatan3474 he's just being nice
Fantastic build! So inspiring. I would die to use this for a brickfilm.
So you are here...

So comforting to see young men interested and passionate about their military history and their nations sacrifices made by young men not much older than themselves.

CRACK OF THE LIGHTNING SPLITTING THE GROUND!
THUNDER IS SOUNDING ARTILLERY POUNDING
Really cool! Just one historical incorrect feature I must address: there's a real nice Citroën 2cv in this moc, but although that car was first developed in 1939, Citroën kept it hidden during ww2, so the Germans couldn't use it for warfare. Those prototypes were much later found in boxes in the cellar of a test track.
You do know Bastogne is in Belgium
Meh the Average US teaching Weakness is Geography...
@@Zretgul_timerunner yeah my friend didnt even know where britain was and I wanted to slap them hard.
Daniel Vedberg Sekulic it’s because there is no need for us to leave America

One of the best ww2 Mocs I have seen
I would kill for this, amazing job building this to the creators.
Swindex this costs probably a little over 5000 or so american dollars
@@explosivesmith6444 for one figure you pay normally over 10$, and with all the pieces and the planet pieces you would pay over 7000$
A credit to yourselves and the versatility of Lego! Impressive, most impressive!

Bastogne is one town the Americans and some British held out against a big German attack. The siege actually delayed the Nazi movement toward Antwerp. A general commanding the town defense said "NUTS!" when the Germans sent a message asking him to surrender the town. That is true.
Bastogne was relieved on Boxing Day (UK holiday) 26th December after General Patton made a surprise counter attack. The Germans lacked petrol and unable to reach Antwerp so Hitler cancelled the plan.
I really wish I could be apart of his caz i love the tanks and the amazing detail in the destroyed houses or broken windows

Lego: we don't want you recreating WW2 with our pieces
Lego fans:

Amazing!!!!!!! 👍😮
The defenders of Bastogne were not just a few lightly armed paratroopers of the 101st Airborne. There were also units of the 10th Armored Div with tanks anti aircraft M16 half tracks and searchlights and units of M-10 tank destroyers.
