Abandoned- Another quickly vacated home before demo/Much left behind/Now demolished

- Now Demolished- This home is a curious one because it is right next door to an already abandoned one I have explored recently. They both have structural damage which is significant and may be the reason they are abandoned. This home I noticed as I was leaving the adjacent one so I decided to venture back and take a closer look and indeed it has been left vacant for some time only this one has many belongings left behind as if the owner may have passed away or moved out in a hurry. I documented this place before it gets demolished along with its abandoned neighbour.
Nice slow hand with the camera, no motion sickness 🤗. The house didn't feel haunted, but anxious . . . I had a knot in my stomach because I felt the resident might return any second, and the house gives off a similar vibe, as if it's waiting for his imminent return. He had to have died suddenly, because he wouldn't have left those ashes and his religious texts behind. The place had the look of a childless, introverted hermit (I know something about those 😬). I doubt if he ever had visitors. Anyhow, great explore 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏽👍🏽
Great assessment Kathy! You and Ana know your stuff! The ashes are still making me cringe a bit because I would hate have dropped them or something stupid by accident. The man seemed to be quite happy in his home doing his own thing quietly until he passed away. RIP.
I am Hindu The religious book is placed on little height stool whose upper surface wrapped in Red cloth Hindus keep their holy book in red cloth or placed on red cloth These religious book is being read daily (few pages)in Morning after taking Bath or before going to sleep It is read while seating on floor bending both legs by knee Way book is kept it seems that somebody is coming daily or once or twice a week and following ritual Further Book is Dashbodh means the lesson given by god
Mukul Ved WOOW! Idk about anyone else but, I found that very interesting. I love learning about other religions. Thank you for letting us know 😄
Your camera movements are so much better!!! Thankyou.
This house is so sad! Keep your bids coming, loving it!
Haha yeah I copped a bit of flac about moving the camera too fast so I`m glad it`s improving hehe :-) Yeah I really get the feeling this man was alone and passed away. Maybe someone starting packing things together but there is no one to take them anywhere.
I felt the same thing. Feeling of sadness. Nicely done video.
Thank you for taking into consideration those of us that suffer from motion sickness. I love exploration videos so much I've just dealt with getting sick and not complain, but thank you again😊
Hey Kimberly thanks for watching :-) A few people have asked for to slow down the camera movements so i did. :-)
I think the owner will come back and get those boxes full of belongings...nice kitchen...soo sad...nothing is permanent in this world...thank you guy..
The molding on the ceiling was gorgeous! This has to have been a rather nice home in the 30's I'm guessing. Those two-tone arm chairs were cool too and looked Art Deco .
Great video, loved how you went a little slower. If indeed those were ash's left behind from a loved one, It is likely that their mate passed and the family has started packing but couldn't bear the loss of their loved one. May God bless their resting soul's. Stay safe in all you do
Well said very fitting indeed and I kind of cringed when mkuebler5 pointed that out because I would have hate to have dropped it on the floor while trying to figure out what was in it. I do hope his soul is at rest and i`m sure it is. I hope he can forgive me for snooping through his former home. Peace.
In Hinduism, a person's ashes are usually scattered in a sacred river or ocean, and the soul is set free. That might not have been ashes at all. Just a nice box..
Well I certainly did not think about it being anything other than a nice looking box. Glad I did not open it up. :-)
I like the way most of the people who take these video's DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING OUT OF HOMES.
Because that makes them vandals and not real documentors. Good on ya mates!
Well said Tili :-) I am happy to just film and leave, the buzz of doccumenting these old homes is enough for me! Glad you are enjoying the Urban Exploration genre. Cheers for watching :-)
Had to pause at the start while finishing my fruit loops as the bathroom was grimy and making my guts churn...good explore and cam technique on a whole. Cheers bro🤤😵👨💻
Your voice is so calming... Tastefully narrated. Thank you again for braving the explorations!
Hey thanks for those comments and the support Lulu pardue. Glad you enjoyed. :-)
Best videographer ever! I love the way you talk to us throughout the video but speak softly. Actually, you’ve ruined me ...... I don’t watch other vids of this kind. Someone in that house was a very deep thinker and my goodness, they left so much really nice stuff behind. Nice touch with the music! Lol Cheers!
That place may be abandoned but I think someone has been staying there till more recently. Thats the impression I get. Thankyou for sharing this intriguing place. I think it is possible the owner was a spiritual person, whi died & whose friends cleared up & packed things for them but didn't know how to contact relatives. Maybe one of them stayed for a while.
Yep I agree Sandra. I think maybe they read the orange book of prayer as it was not dusty! I drove by this the other day and the guttering is all falling off now, maybe the relatives just do agree on what to do? Thanks for watching Sarah :-)
those books looked very interesting!! good find! thanks for not panning to fast for us!!! Your right it looks like some one was trying to gather everything and move it! Im sure the old gentleman passed!
Yeah that is my take on this place too Linda, I drove past this a few weeks ago and the guttering is all falling off now so it is still a mystery. Thanks for watching :-)
Thank you for the slow scan speed. I can enjoy the videos so much more.
I love that purple bath tub ❤️!!! I think someone is in the process of moving out.
He could have passed away or moved back to his native land. He looked either Asian or Indian. Looked like he was planning on returning and never was able to. Thanks for sharing. Great Find
Hey Bits of this and that! thanks for watching :-) I think this gentleman is definitely on Indian decent and I hope he is at peace where ever he is. :-)
The book place on little height stool is Holy Book Dashbodh These Holy Book is being read while seating on ground and book placed on stool cover with red cloth I think someone Indian Hindu or Budha is staying in the house The photo s above bed may be of his father He may be bowing before his father's photo for taking his blessing in Morning and night before sleeping as there is red tika (dot) on his forehead pasted after bowing There was book of Rajanishji also @@urbexindigo5164
Love the colour of that bath.
It looks to me like someone had intended to gather the possessions so I wonder why they didn't. Is there no public record of who owned the property? It would be interesting to see if you could find the family or the story behind so many things being left.
I have been in "abandoned" houses, for example my sister in law's father died, they did not get notified, until 3 months later, so when they went to his place other family had taken valuable items, but still there were some left, even I took some for the garage sale, still so much left, we couldn't take everything, and still the place is still abandoned, because of legal issues, so many relatives involved and not resolved, if I want to, i could go live there, it is very nicely located in the city, close to everything, they are not able to rent it, due to so many of them involved and not agreeing with the sale of the property-or lease.
So glad you have explained how this situation can unfold because it actually explains a lot of these houses I visit. They are clearly vacant and have been for a long time but there are belongings still there as if no one moved out. Such an intersting but easily overlooked reason for this outcome. Thanks agian Luz Maria Rahla :-)
Some cases takes months and years to get the legal issues taken care off, some give it up, therefore the houses end up abandoned, in this case I mentioned, 7 siblings are involved and the wife's sisters or something like that, so it is a mess-
Oh wow! What a mix up and slow process that would be. Good for us cheeky explorers snooping I guess but as long as only look and not break in. :-)
..OMG, at the 05:05 mark, after opening that wardrobe, there are few glimpses of Vegeta, from Podravka. A quite old, relatively famous spice mixture produced in Croatia.. Lovely chanel, man!
Did you see recently the story of a developer who moved into a vacant and apparently abandoned house maybe 25 years ago. He restored it and improved the property over that time, payed the council rates and rented it out. Legally he owns it now because of the Squatters Act and he is looking at making 1.6 million dollars from its sale ( it is in a very desirable location in Sydney or Melbourne),pure profit because the rentals would have covered all his renovation and improvement costs over that time. Something to think about with all these apparently abandoned properties.
Hey Clive I did indeed see that story! And what an outcome for the bloke! Wow. It makes me wonder about a few that are still sitting around this way which are very run down but show no signs of new developers coming in......Hmmmm haha :-) I guess estates can kind of sit in limbo if the children are occupied with their own lives and pretty well off. A small property may be all but forgotten about if they are interstate particularly. Thanks for watching mate :-)
Pretty blue tub ,also pretty neat ceiling
Thanks for watching KIm. Yes it was a very vivid blue too. :-)
I got kind of nervous for you being in that house. Almost thought someone was going to walk in on you to retrieve their items. Interesting things left behind, and a sad feeling. Thanks Paul for sharing.☮️
At first I thought somebody was in the middle of moving out (boxes packed)...but now Im thinking someone who lived there did pass away and relatives, etc. are sorting and packing up persons belongings. But why did they stop? And why did they put the urn in a closet? Did they see persons ghost?
Hey Stephanie! Brilliant questions! I had no idea it was an Urn til people pointed it out, Oops... :-) Either the relatives have already taken anything they deem to be worth something and just felt the rest is too difficult. When the demolition teams come thru they salvage a lot of remaining things so hopefully they end up at the red cross or slavo`s. Thanks for watching :-)
That was a very high quality wicker chair and ottoman in the first room. We would call them Taft webs, because he was such a cob. That is the correct way to leave a refrigerator or freezer, the door open. Some of the electronics look new. I have black door pulls just like the green ones here. Those binoculars were very nice and expensive.
I just noticed that these two homes are now in the line for demo. So I guess the former owner aint coming back lol :-)
Nice video..
I like floors, look like pine or Cedar (?)..
Great job of filming too..
Thanks for sharing this.
Yep I reckon they might be pine floors, nice and polished too. Yeah I concentrated on moving more slowly this time haha. Thanks for watching Shirley. :-)
Yes those floors are gorgeous and would bring a pretty penny salvaged. Along with the green and white floral tiles in the first bathroom. Those were so pretty and unique.
A lot of stuff left behind but some of it is packed up so neatly it makes you wonder if they weren’t maybe planning on taking it? And why they didn’t?
Exactly my thoughts too Lyn, Perhaps the relatives did it to honor the man and decided they did not have room for any of it. thanks fpor watching :-)
Love your videos! You could give lessons on how to do it! This one was an excellent find!
Awe thanks Debra! :-) I`m slowly getting the hang of what people like to see and how much or little they want explained while I explore. And panning the camera nice and slow haha. Thanks so much for the support. :-)
Just watching who ever owned and lived here bless them.they were so confused nothing.matches much youve gone slow for all for sickness so kind you said you dont like going through personal things this is abandoned youre in it as long as you dont take anything be a skip.rat as we call it go through it all for us to.see youre find is our joy hope i.havent affended you in.anyway.got so much.respect for you.if i.have im.sorry from the bottom.of my.heart thankyou.for shsreing takecare bless youre heart
Lisa you have never offended me at all :-) :-) :-) I appreciate you taking the time to watch and leave comments, yes I could have gone through the belongings a bit more but I had an unsure feeling as weather this was completely abandoned after seeing the kitchen. In the back of my mind :-)
Thanks for going slow as I get motion sickness. Great video
No worries Wendy, glad you enjoyed :-)
Makes you wonder if something happened to the person before they got to come back to collect their stuff. Sad that so much was left behind. Truly puts your own life into perspective.
Thank you for panning slower, so many go so fast, they are lousy and all they get is floor shots and blur. And yes seasickness does occur.
Hey thanks for watching! :-) Yes I do try and pan much slower than my earlier videos. Glad you enjoyed. :-)
When you go to that final place, you cannot take anything with you. Awesome explore
It looks to me like someones planning to come back & collect some of those things.
Definitely has been sorted out. Just no one has collected as you said.
Or maybe they have already collected what they wanted and simply left the rest.
At one time I think it was a lovely house
I totally agree. This man was really happy in his home with his books and reading room. :-) Thanks for watching Cherolyn Wolf
I think he's more than likely dead now. I think he was put into a nursing home. The dresser in the bedroom is gone. Sometimes they allow the person to bring in some personal stuff.
Hey Susan well spotted! I did not realize that! :-) Yeah I think the gentleman has passed away also, it seems perhaps his relatives or a friend began to pack up his belongings but that is as far as it got. Thanks for watching :-)
Looks like he was a spiritual man, spending his time in peace, solitude and meditation. The photo which you zoomed on is Shri Ramakant Maharaj , spiritual master from Nashik , India. A beautiful saint who left the physical world in Aug 2018. I am lucky to be his disciple.
Hi Paranam T :-) Thanks for watching and shedding some light on this house and the situation, I agree that he must have been very enlightened through prayer and knowledge thus being happy in the next stage of life. :-) Maybe a reletive has packed up the things but does not know what to do with them
@@urbexindigo5164 Thank you Urbex Indigo. Your exploration is a unique one and very interesting. I will follow your channel from now.
@@pranamt7918 Great to have your support Pranam T. Speak soon! :-)
My nerves were shot while you were going through the house, it looked like someone were there.😆lol
Man this one had my heart in my stomach! I thought for sure there were squatters there! Phew i can breath now
Haha yep, I think there is someone who comes and goes from that window where the orange book is. Glad no one was there when I visited it! lol :-)
The cracked walls are interesting to me for some reason. I mean, unless the whole house vibrated, or there was a small earthquake, they shouldn't be like that.
Loved this video, keep up the good work, loved this one;)
Hey Carol glad to see you in the comments again! Cheers for watching, glad you enjoyed. :-)
Thanks for sharing this amazing video
Interesting 🤔 A book of Rajneesh... also known as Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh. He owned 93 Rolls Royces.. lol Just watched on Netflix.
Great video, TY!
The man seemed to be very much at peace and love to read and meditate. i bethe is in a good place now.Glad you enjoyed, cheers for watching :-)
We call fly wire "the screen" in the U.S.A. I just thought I would share that with you. This is an awesome find and you are so respectful to the past owners. I appreciate you so much. This is a very interesting home. Was he Buddhist?
?
Hey Grubby Guac thanks for your support and for watching. Yes I have to be careful and conscious of every situation and house because it is not my property even if it is left abandoned. Just interested in documenting the scenes and wondering the why`s and how`s and how long before it`s demise. :-)
Your music & videos are amazing, I just subbed! All that tile in the bathroom, nice! The inside doesn't look THAT bad I wonder how long it has been vacated? Do you try to find the history on these places? Perhaps family has yet to return to remove items? A shame to let some of those nice objects just rot, I am surprised this place hasn't been ransacked or vandalized. It's almost like the person went to hospital and never returned, maybe has no family. Does your area have earthquakes? With those large cracks in the structure looks like earthquake damage? Nice video!
Hi A10T0ES thanks for subbing and i`m glad you are enjoying my videos. Adelaide area is renown for moving clay soil so these huge cracks are found in a lot of older homes due to natural ground expansion. I find history when all possible but this one I kind of want to remain unknown due to the very fact is seems the person may have passed away and family has packed some stuff up ad may return. The home next door is also abandoned and has major structural cracks which may be the reason these home are condemned. Thanks for your support A10TOES :-)
Great find thanks!
Glad you enjoyed Joseph, this one had been knocked down and demolished now. Thanks for watching :-)
Beautiful floors
He seemed to be a very sharp dressed man by the looks of clothes in the closet
Thanks for watching Tammy. Yes I think this gentleman lived alone and obviously had some events to go to with his nice clothes. I think by his books and Hinduism he was very balanced spiritually :-)
That is a nice house such a shame it has so much damage.
Hi Halfcatgirl, :-) Thanks for watching. Yes the damage in this house and the one next door is probably the main reason they are no longer being lived in. I think the owner of this one may have passed away.
incredible... i love it!

Whoa a purple bath that is a first I’ve seen great house as always all the things left behind feels sad like they just left and never came back again to reclaim anything. I know what you mean I feel the same about looking through other people’s things it kind of feels weird your interested to see what they are but you feel like you shouldn’t.
Looks like someone is living there, I don't think they left. Looks like things where brought in. The box with the binoculars look new, with no dust? There is dust, but not that bedroom? Very suspicious indeed. Or it's a squatter getting ready to move in.
Hi Elizabeth, thanks for watching, yes this one is a tricky.......the guttering has now all fallen off as I saw it the other day again. I think a relative may come and go to read that orange book? The owner most likely died and it technically is not fully abandoned perhaps although the place is open. The home next door has even more structural damage also.
It’s very odd that although everything is packed neatly into boxes and yet it’s all still there.
Indeed Carol! :-) I think a family member started but never really wanted any of the belongings.....seems to be just left in limbo.
Wonder what is uner the grey blanket at 10:54...at first I thought it might be a grand piano on edge. That's the imagination for you.
Hey paulj0557 thanks for watching, just had another look, i think it is a desk with other things stacked on top. Would be cool if it is a piano though :-)
so often i see houses that are partially boxed up but is never moved out. I don't know what this means. but with the clothes still there, he may have passed away.
Yeah I think that is a good assessment Karen. And when these house come up for demolition and things are still there it`s the demo guys that get to salvage what ever they want before it hits the ground. Sometimes they will give the clothes and good linen and rugs to the Red Cross or Salvation Army which is good.
I appreciate the slow camera movements so much. I love these types of videos a lot, but get very motion sick very easily so they are hard to watch. Just thought I'd let you know how much I appreciate it.
Hey Craig no worries I appreciate the feedback. Some others also get the motion sickness so I try and always slow down now. :-)
Wow, can't believe someone left all those things. I wonder what happened to them? It was neat looking at all the rooms. What made the walls all crack that way? You did a good job with the camera! Got to see everything. Thank you.
Hey Barb, I have a feeling the man passed away and reletives started packing things up.......The cracks show there is massive foundation problems most likely from old building and ground sinking
Looks like he achieved transcendence, and left this mortal coil
Yes! Very well said Lyle, so good. :-) This gentleman was definitely well prepared and at peace.
Really neat kinda tidy place to be no one living there in a long time. Looks like who lived there or might be hanging out in there is into Buddhist. You do a great job with your camera steady hand. Good job.
Interesting place.
I agree Simon. Thanks for watching. :-)
Ummm everything looks so clean
Arh! no, he dead. You wouldn't leave the stuff behind that has been left just because the house s screwed. The damage looks a lot like the damage done to my house by my local council. I had to live in it for tens years while it was falling down around me (not joking) Never did get compensated for it Grr! The bit of paper inside the urn would probably have told you who was in it.
Wow mate only just read this comment. That basically sets straight what I was wondering about the damage and weather councils condemn them. I guess it is a case by case thing and weather owners want to do anything about it. Thanks for watching and your comments mate! :-)
mkuebler5 OMG I’ve seen a show of yours...can’t remember the name...but that’s what it’s about and like landlords are seriously renting pergolas for like 500/mo. The damp you have is horrible there. For us in US it’s more regional issues or in bathrooms...no offense but I couldn’t stand it...bless your heart for making it through. The show blows my mind....both landlords AND renters.
mkuebler5 probably his wife.
Yes you would leave all of that behind. Your can not to bring your old material possessions when seeking enlightenment. Alot of what we saw suggest he was in transition to go and follow his teacher. I also believe that the person was white.
What Happens to all the things left behind all in finding these homes?
I have no idea Lynda other than if they do not get cleared out before demolition the salvage crews remove and save things of value including the interior features. Thanks for watching :-)
He walked out of this life and into the next! And he prepared for it! Could there have been an earthquake?.Tornado? Either one would set me walking!
Hi L L, down here in Australia we have had small Earthquakes, ones not large enough to send building straight to the ground but strong enough to move unstable spots so this may be a factor. Yes this gentleman was at peace and well balanced spiritually. :-)
I don't know exactly where you're at, but any building that has giant cracks like that, I would be leery of sinkholes. Be careful !
I`m in Australia :-) Yes the house home next door was just as bad condition. The ground is definitely moving! Thanks for watching Joann :-)
That box in the cupboard looks like an Urn with remains .It looks like they just ip and left one day, weird
I, too, thought it could be a receptacle for cremains, but whose is anyone's guess.
Your doing great and your thinking of people going slow but getting sick from to slow
Hahaha I need to find that happy medium. I will get there. Thanks for watching Rico :-)
That iron was a professional iron-T-Fal & the bag beside it looks like aCPAP breathing machine. He'd need that to sleep at night.
Wow, well spotted Gary! :-) I did not identify those things! :-) Thanks for watching
Was there an earthquake? Jeez, looks like it. So many questions. Looks to be a very spiritual guy. Great footage. Hope he is in a better place. Very interesting. Thank you.
Hi Heathcliff :-) Yeah you would think! These two homes are built on a sloped hill and combined with Adelaide soil that moves these places have suffered big movement in the foundations. Both have been recently demolished. I wonder if the belongings were saved........Thanks for watching mate :-)
Urbex Indigo thank you for responding :) makes sense now. Cheers mate.
Good video. I enjoyed it very much, thanks. . . .
The old man who lived there probably went to live with his kids or an in an old folks home and those were his wife's ashes. Or maybe one of his parents. I mean, just because a lot of stuff was left behind doesn't necessarily mean they died. When people live in the same place for decades, they tend to collect a lot of stuff and the older stuff just isn't as important anymore so it's nothing to leave a lot behind. Especially if he was put into a long term care facility. And who says it was a man? Just because the mans photo was on the wall and his clothing left behind doesn't mean it couldn't have been a woman...she took all her stuff and left behind her painful memories and moved on. Seems to me she would have been forced to leave a house with a crumbling foundation for safety reasons. And why would a man have a photo of himself on the wall above the bed? That seems more like a woman would do that with a photo of her husband. This is the only thing I don't like about exploration video's when the videographer starts going through the possessions left behind instead of just documenting the structure. You're getting the viewer in too emotionally deep into someone elses life and it's none of our business, really. So we get left to wonder about the people and forget all about the real reason that you're supposed to be there...just keep a video historical record of architectural design on bygone era's.
Well said FrankiesFancy and that is the reason I first reason I started documenting the old houses for the decay and structure type and hopefully learn more as i go. Nice to be reminded. :-)
Photo on wall is dressed in Indian Hindu attire and there is red bindi on forehead I think photo may be of his father or previous generation relative Hindus always keep photo of parents in house Further ashes may be of his/her near dear relative who expired in the house Being Hindu they creamted body and collected ashes. The ashes he/she/they were planning to take back to India and doing religious ceremonies (Puja) these ashes would be dispersed in Holy River like Ganges, etc These are rituals followed by Hindu I am Hindu from India I think way things are arranged person livimg their may have gone back to India or somewhere else and his intention may be come back after 6 months to one year Further he may have told somebody from India living that area to look after this place who may be visting the place cleaning and stayed for few hours
Yes to me, the clothes in the second closet looked like an older ladies clothes.
It seems like an old man lived there and died and was more likely Indian or something like that, because of books, photo, shower stuff, clothes, etc. House is going to crumbles though. Funny how some families just leave stuff. Strange. Thanks for another good video!!
UM! You do realise you were looking at someones ashes in a funerary urn @ 6:00 don't you? lol! Lordy!
Um.......NO I did not! lol Mate I honestly had know idea but know I look back at it i`m freakin out! Not seen too many of those in my life nor did I think about it. I do remember thinking there could be trinkets in there. Why do they have it stuffed away in the closet!!!
Not the first time someone has been shelved. "Exploring with Josh" in one of his videos of some abandoned camp he found one as well. People take their loved ones ashes home. My mum has my step dads ashes at home.
Thanks for pointing that out mate, appreciate it! I kind of wish It was not in the video because I would hate to accidently get a whole lot of hate or offend folks. I get the feeling a relative or family member may still pop in there now and then and use that reading room with the orange book. That makes me cringe a bit to be honest.
haha, this is what I came to the comments to say.....and that if you go back to the footage of the bathroom, it kinda looks like someone died on the floor 😨
Yeah the bathroom was in really bad shape regarding being clean. The rest of the house not so bad! Thanks for watching. :-)
I get the feeling that this gentleman passed away he didn't have any family now maybe had someone to help take care of them like a need a nurse's aide and they started packing things up I got tired and maybe just left it but I'm surprised at the real estate company didn't come out and clean the house up and put a lock on the door unless it was paid off bought and paid for and those binoculars you're found the very expensive they're like military style night vision binoculars
Hi thanks for watching :-) Yes I have to agree with your statements, seems the other family or relatives gave up or did not want any of the remaining things. The property may be caught up in a estate dispute and due to the structural damage may even be waiting demolition for a new development to go up.
I'm pretty sure, it was owned by indian man! Probably he maybe moved to india & didn't able to comeback?
Yep as soon as I saw that first book on the stool I thought, hmmm, someone was into that Hare Krishna crap....
That was not Hare Krishna at all, and please be respectful if you do not know about their paths, :>(
@@reesedaniel5835 YOU are both ignorant and hateful.
How much 4 the binoculars?
I like you to show us the books so we can learn something about the person. But most just brush over them so quickly we can’t even see the titles
I wonder if he had just moved here and didn't get to fully unpack. I mean it all looks gone thru pretty much but not damaged.
EARTH ANGEL😇 I WOULD think that this hose was abandoned because from the structural damage ; if not, death! THEY probably intended to return but never did!🤔 NICE wood floors and tiles LOVELY Antique rattan chair and foot rest. THIS home 🏡 leaves me with a sad 😢 feeling!👍😍
Hey Earth Angel :-) Yeah i think the gentleman passed away and the relatives started to pack things but didnt want any of it. Lots of damage to structure which is why no sale or new renting opportunities. Would be just seen as the land value now.
I wish you showed the house more and not personal belongings. It feels like your snooping around in someone's stuff. Doesn't look abandoned IMO!
Hey Nikita, after this video I think it is clear that someone has come and gone a few times since the owner has moved or died. The house is on a demo list.
Someone's relative has passed away
I have found out that many people and even entire families died in plane crashes at the world trade center in New York City leave behind many abandoned abodes . Sometimes people just disapear.
Did the owner return to India, go into care home? Needs to locked up to prevent looting and vandalism
Drove past this the other day and all the guttering is now falling off the roof too........
Can't you.see.someone has been staying there
Once I was in there yes It did seem someone may have been there a few times. I did not break in. I do understand where you are coming from and thus why the location or any personal details will never see the light of day regarding this home.
A purple bath tub that's a first for me,a Buddhist worshipper lived there, a very ornate ceiling, yet they were secular enough to listen to contemporary music.
A single man with no family, otherwise why would all the expensive items be left
there for anyone to possibly take?.
Hey Rin Tin Tin thanks for watching and a very good explanation of this scenario. It does seem he had no one to really take or want to take anything. Seems to be sorted but no one wants it. Yeah that bath tub was very dark for a normal tub. :-)
This one really made me wonder if some one actually lived there or squatting there? Cheers bye.
It has now been demolished along with the one next door but I agree someone had been going there, most likely a squatter :-)
Single middle aged guy living on his own... Why did he leave? Dunno but there is structural damage...
Hey somedudem8. Some viewers have pointed out there was an urn in the cupboard which may very well be that gentleman. RIP is so. Thanks for watching. :-)
Awesome! Do we have a psychic medium to ask him questions?
None that I know of. :-)
But did he leave? He could be out doing his shopping! 🙀
House appears solidly built and in good shape-why empty? Surely worth some money.
There is a lot of foundation problems along with the house next door. Maybe a sink hole, or ground settling from flooding. Thanks for watching Ad Mirer. :-)
Massive subsidence yes that was an urn in the cupboard it looks like walls have been knocked down on the ground floor in the past that poor old man whoever he was must have been Indian thanks for showing us inside he more than likely didn't have anyone over here he lived with very little furnature but he did do yoga so ma be he didn't need furnature
Hey Patricia thanks for watching and your comments, yes he had very minimal furniture and loved to read and meditate so I think where ever he is he is at peace. I guess someone may have started packing things up but just left them there.
Looks like there was a squatter there at some point possibly
I'd be very cautious here somebody is still using this place.
The Kitchen is a clue. finding the watch is a warning too..
Never enter a house always check the house meter first.
Hey Josie LooLoo. Yep someone has been in there. I doubt it is or was the owner but someone packing things maybe. No details or revisits have been given about this place. It is in pretty bad structural shape s maybe its condemned. Thanks for watching. :-)
I don't understand why stuff is left to rot when it can be used to help others. It has been abandoned. Use it for good to help others.
I totally agree Ronald and when relatives or friends have no need for it they do not think to deal with it or give it away and it all just gets left behind. Thanks for watching :-)
I think the old man died or he has moved in with family or moved into a home but they have to come back and get the stuff left there
Yeah seems to be that way for sure. Thanks for watching Daphne. :-)

Yeah that's some nice stuff there I couldn't tell what brand watch but it could of been a Seiko and there was a silver money clip, also this person obviously an avid reader but did you take notice of the titles Homer, Aristotle and other Greek works but also a lot of fiction an interesting, diverse, and learned man. By the way was that a Samari sword at 6:25 by the vacuum, this man could of been a kung wu master from the land of Kog ! or not.
Haha this is why mystery is sometimes good, it creates creative thinking! :-) There was a lot to suggest this man was very much at peace reading and relaxing, very spiritual too. Hope he is where he wants to be.Cheers for watching :-)
Surely if it was rented by this gentleman the landlord would have cleared the place by now. I think he owned this place and family aren't here to clear it
This is a mystery all right.
It is so intriguing and this is a perfect example on how houses just become a time capsule and become a mystery. This one has certainly enough information for us to get an idea but it is always leads to more questions. Thanks for the support Cathy! :-)
