Willow shaving her head was so freaking powerful. What a statement. At such a tender age she did what her father still struggles to do. She was true to herself no matter what the outside world wanted or expected from her. She metaphorically stood up for her grandmother against her grandfather. Will was redeemed by through his flesh decades later.

I don’t know if that was a Scorpio move but as a Scorpio it’s definitely something I would’ve done if anyone (don’t care who you are) tried to make me do something I didn’t want to do. She was smart enough to know that it was her hair that people were wanting so she took it from them. And being that wise at 9? Powerful!

If I would have caved into People and their feelings, I would be gone from here. It can stress you out, cause you to go to a dark place in life. You can come out of it and say that- " I am living my life for the way that God has planned for it to be and not in the shadow of others opinions of me. " It's easy to say that you need to push on past people's opinions of you, but when it has been a struggle all of your life- not so!! This is why we need more REALNESS, Inspiration and Motivation like this in the world to come forth.

This is so liberating. We do such a good job "faking it", trying to look like the picture perfect family. No family is perfect, every family goes through tough times. To see a celebrity family come together and talk through tough issues has been very inspirational. This also shed light on the importance of breaking generational curses so that they do not spill over into the next generation; freedom can be found....through love.

Thank you for the healing experience of your life Will.
    Like damn...
I teared up, laughed, cried, got inspired... moved through so much.
    You're an inspiration man.
That part with your father really touched a depth of my soul, as it hits very close to home for me as well.
And I love what your psychologist shared about taking the parts of your father that are useful, without needing to be your father.
To see you share those moments with your kids, inspired and ignited my own dreams of fatherhood.
    I truly felt every word.
And so this message is just to say thank you man, thank you.
Thank you for living your life in such a revealing way, and for leading by example.
Also, THANK YOU for quitting the Best Shape of My Life!
That part was so powerful for people to see.
It truly conveyed the message of the importance of choosing yourself, and prioritizing your deeper truth and well-being OVER the goal of how you originally believed you wanted to do things. I feel like that part was so powerful for people to receive, ESPECIALLY from a high-performer and high-achiever like yourself.
Too many people bring themselves into misery because of their goals, but instead you used it as your springboard into greater, and recognized that the true goal was to be true to yourself.
    Unbelievably amazing man.
I think I speak for everybody watching when I say, thank you for creating this and for being brave enough to share your life in this way.
    You truly are a legend.
Not just because of your accomplishments, but because of your soul.
If there's any way that I can interview you about The Best Shape Of My Life and beyond, I would love to provide that service to the public and call forth more of your gems of wisdom and mastery.

I kept flashing on the little boy, the darling little boy who carried the sins of the father. So brilliant because it's our journey also.
