Bear Archery has really stepped it up the past 3-5 years. This goes to show you that you don’t need to drop over 1k just for a bow . People need to realize that compound bows now a days are extremely efficient even in the “ price point category. “
@@midwest.madness 💯….. I’m still shooting my ‘21 Darton Maverick XT which I love and shot Darton for a long time but hanging at my local shop and shooting the Bear bows I made the decision to actually jump ship after this season to Bear.
I have this bow and for those of you that complain about the plastic cable slide you can replace it with a much better Trophy Ridge Roller Slider for like 20-30 bucks.
Amazon has them for 14-16 I used to work at bear I have the adapt, both the cheap and expensive rollers come from the same manufacturer 😊 it was the first thing I changed
I run the legend pro too. It’s so fire. I need to upgrade some of the trophy ridge accessories. I’m still running the basic stuff that came with it. I really like your stabilizer set up.
I'm currently using a Hoyt Klash at 70lbs. Even though it's a 2019 model, I feel like it's showing its age, especially since I bought it used. I'm gonna look into one of those bows, they look great and the price is right.
I'd run a qad with micro adjustment because once it comes to making sure your broadheads hit where your field tips hit you will want the micro adjustment to really fine tune them. Yes they cost a decent amount more but definitely worth it
Bow (whitetail legend pro) $559 Rest (propel) $99 Sight ( react trio pro) $280 Stabilizers (hitman kit) $200 Total setup as listed $1138 That's at MSRP, you can occasionally find better prices with sales/offers etc, also, if it's your first bow, do not forget a peep, a release, a quiver and some arrows
Im 36 thisll be my 24th year hunting, i started with a BEAR WHITETAIL LEGEND my step dad had gave me.. i now shoot BEAR LEGIT,, im getn this one next year and pasn mine diwn
Listen I’m still shooting the Carnage I bought back in 2011-2012. Restringed it and it shoots tacks. Someone should tell these guys that buy a new bow every year that the deer don’t care what you got hanging on the bow holder. All a new bow does is give you clout with your buddies while you’re shooting practice arrows. Guarantee
I have it. Basically the same as the flagship escalate. Same cams and limbs. Escalate has different grip and rollers for the string. Not worth double the price of the wlp
We have other videos with detailed cost. Sorry it wasn’t in this one! Total setup comes in just under 1k all in. The bow itself is 599 most places. Very very affordable
I've been shooting mine for just over a year...I can't shoot a $2,000 bow any better than this bow. If a bow of this caliber and price is good enough for chuck adams it's good enough for anyone.
Well I dropped it from a tree stand and it was perfectly fine plus I’ve beaten in through the brush here in MT for a whole elk season and it’s held up great!
$650 is your average budget bow. Anything below $1000 is "budget" anymore. Over $1000 you start getting into your flagship bows, and $1700-2200 for a flagship carbon
Bro is at the windows backrgound
Facts🤣
Hahahahhahahahahahahhahahaha😊
that's because after getting the bow he can't afford a better background LOL

Couldn’t have said it better myself! It’s so true too. Odds are, you aren’t out shooting a 500 dollar bow
It’s never the bow, always the archer!

@@midwest.madness i got a Bear cruzer rth g3 for 500 euro (about 550 dollars) and its really good
I just bought a Bear Cruzer G3 yesterday. For my first bow and being $419 I’m super happy with it.

Of course brotha! Thanks for the support 👊🏻

Totally! Easy to make cheap upgrade that enhances the bow for sure

Awesome! Yeah it is a game changer. A little extra weight deadens it and helps me stay on target

Just had one come into the shop and it was very simple to get up. Nice bow.

This bow sells at Cabela's under the Blackout brand $530. Had to retard the lower cam for a bullet hole.
Bought my first bow in 15 years. Diamond Edge XT.
Awesomeness thank you buddy
10-15yrs ago Bear started a massive change and they have done nothing but get better and better. Imo for the $$$ you cant find a better brand/bows
Nice chest carrier where can i get the whole set?
Thanks! It’s Alaska guide creations. Look them up and tell them I sent you!
Looks great. I would ditch the trophy drop rest and upgrade. I had 3 break on me last year. Not something you want to fail when that big moment comes!

You think this would be good for a guy just getting into bow hunting ?
Yes!
cheap and good is where you start your setup is far from budget
Dude doesn't even mention price lol
You get a lot more bow for the money from Bear.
What about durability

How far isnthe longest kill shot youd take on an animal?
On an unalert feeding elk, I’d be confident out to 70
