    I just did this one with the ankle weights & webbed gloves. I had a total knee replacement a yr ago. Also working on ‘saddlebags’. Can’t tell you how much this is helping slim my hips & thighs along with continued ‘rehab’ of my knee. Pls keep these type videos coming. Can’t thank you enough. Been doing your videos 2 wks now & I can see results already.

      Omg this was wonderful. I have the resistance ankle weights. There are really a challenge. Will I get more control as I get stronger? I love this one the Sporti’s are fabulous 💋

    Love this and thanks for the top to do at least weekly.Yes I will. Still new after 2.5 months so learning “always”. Lost 2 pants sizes…maybe another half since I’ve been working out faithfully with you. I recommend you to everyone!! So encouraging and an expert. Just love you. 60 and going stronger and stronger.

    I love your videos and working out in an outdoor pool, however winter is coming and even with the pool covered it is still pretty cold. Do you recommend a wet suit or spring suit for working out and if so is 3/2 sufficient?

      Yes Winter 🥶 is coming :(
      I honestly never workout in the very cold pool/ air temp. For me it is still comfortable when it is 60F in the heated pool, and I just choose more intense workouts. Colder than that would be too cold for me.
      Try wet suit for yourself, since I never had a chance to use one and could not give you an honest recommendation:(
