Bro you're really an inspiration. I also started Couch flipping 2 Months ago in Germany and it's going great. I have some questions for you to get on the same level of you.
- How much time do you spend on average to clean one couch ?
- Do you clean everything or only where stains are ?
- What is the avergage profit you make for one Couch (bought/sold difference) ?
- What do you think are the best 2 colours from these (black, brown, grey, beige) ?
- Don't you think it would be a good idea to hire workers? Maybe one for cleaning and one for delivery?

1.Some couches I will spend like an hour if they have a lot of dog hair or something but I try and stay away from couches that are dirty.
2. no only the ones with stains or need it
3.$200-$300 profit per flip (ideally $300+)
Buy for $200 sell for $500 and so on.
4. by far gray then beige
5. only when you get to busy to do it yourself or feel it is time to train someone(you’ll know when)
