Not justifying the cops in any way but there are cases when someone is doing drugs or drinking heavily and they simply pass out from that while smoking or holding a cigarette, which then falls on some easily combustible material.
My complaint is the don't provide enough details of the investigation. Like how did the guy pop up on their radar, but there are privacy issues in the UK.
Quite a disappointing investigative report and police interviews. Why was there no coroner's report on each death, and why didn't the reporter address this? What sort of police investigation would ever conclude that a child who had no prior reported incident of drug-taking; was sniffing glue then accidentally or intentionally set fire to himself and died as a result of it.... why are these people getting paid?
Are you kidding me, every time I ever vacationed in the USA since I was 14 years old their cops would stop us and ask what drugs we were taking. In NYC they were even stopping and frisking people who just walked by. Police always thinks the worst.
