Used to eat at a crepe store, i was the only customer due to its location but i bring coworkers over ans they love it, one time dude straight up gave me free dinner for being a loyal customer

I used to work at chipotle. One customer came in and wanted a burrito. I started with the rice. Before I could move to the beans and the meat, the customer kept asking for more rice. So I added a tad bit more. They kept saying “more rice please”. I then added more on top of that. They then asked one more time for more rice. I then said “miss if I add more rice I’m not going to be able to add the other ingredients and close the burrito”. She said “ that’s fine but I want more rice”.
I added some more to the customer’s satisfaction. After I moved onto adding the rest of the ingredients, my worst fears had been realized.... I could not close the burrito without tearing the tortilla. A line started to pack up the restaurant and I was still trying to close this burrito. A manager then tried to help me close it but they ended up ripping it. The manager got mad and said “why are you adding in ALL this ingredients?!”
I told my manager that the customer kept wanting more and more rice. But it didn’t matter because the customer had betrayed me and said “ I didn’t ask for THAT MUCH rice”....
I hated working fast food.
Lol didn't give a shit when I was working fast food. I would've looked here straight in the face and said "ya you did don't lie." Remember when a lady at the MC drive thru kept saying she wanted her nuggets fresh then came up to the window. Told me I didn't see you add fresh to the order(there's no way to do that) just hit her with a "Ain't no option for that, totals 11.24." manager got mad at me. Didn't last long but i did piss a lot of assholes off.

As a person who worked for chipotle for almost three years, I agree with Kyle 100% on the burritos. They need to have their own station with their own specific people because most of us were HORRIBLE at rolling burritos.

I always remember this one customer of my father’s restaurant, my dad always looked out for his regular patrons, and this guy always came to us and was lovely, and so when this guy couldn’t afford a retirement party we gave him a room at the bar and a free buffet and a keg of beer on us to have a party with.
Suddenly he stopped coming and started slandering our family and business all around town, and when we finally discovered why, it was all because my half deaf and blind dad didn’t see him waving hello from a distance once...

One of my friends worked at Chick-fil-a and they literally make you sit through like a 4 hour course with a bunch of videos teaching you how to be nice to the customers and they said if you don't say "my pleasure" some places with fire you if they notice enough times.

I’m not gonna lie I work at Taco Bell, we get so many large orders that Kyle’s $26 ain’t shit😂💯the biggest order we’ve had while i worked there was around $100, we forget sauce because we get yelled at for how fast we work, we have to get every customer from the time they pull up to the speaker to the time they pull off in about 3.5 minutes
$100 for one person? Cause my biggest order from Taco Bell was like $23 and I barely finished my chicken chipotle melts.

If you want a perfect burrito at chipotle ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS order online/app. When they can see everything you want on the burrito before starting they will be able to portion everything correctly so the burrito can close. I’m like Kyle where I don’t want a homogeneous mixture (I would never make them completely redo it). I like the layers. The only problem with this method is that the burrito will not be as big as when you do it in the line because it will be made with the ease of rolling in mind. I will take that perfectly layered burrito that is a bit smaller than an overstuffed burrito the breaks the tortilla every time.
Kyle is THAT nightmare customer, - the last customer,stoned ,zen master of disgusting, " food product" , trailer park, cuisine. I wouldn't feed Taco Bell to a dog.

this must be a really old video, because now you can buy 3 soft tacos at taco bell and it will cost $15. the worst is when you go to Mcdonalds or something ,and get kids nuggets , and you drive all the way home to see they didnt give you sauces, since for kids the wont often eat anything if the sauces arent there. so i got in the habit of going to Mcdonalds at like midnight when there is exclusively stoners working, id toss a $5 bill on the counter and tell them to fill a takeout bag with sauces. then store them at home so i have tons of extra sauces

I stopped eating fast food when my cousin became a health inspector. Just because a business has an A rating doesn’t mean it’s always an A it means they managed an A on inspection day (which they know about 90% of inspections which defeats the object in my opinion)
