I have bad experience with one speech mike from Philips and after almost one month waiting, I realised that it cannot work without software installation system and unfortunately, I returned it back to amazon. Actually, I need to use it for my self at home ,can I use it freely without complicted issues?

If there are no buttons how do you stop and "redictate" something?

There is usually a keyboard key assigned for record and stop recording, compatible with Dragon medical and your reporting software.
