- Third and final episode of "Smell Expensive on a Budget." If I can gather another 10 or so fragrances that are really affordable gems (like these are).....I could do something similar in the future. But for the time being, this is my last installment in this series. I hope you all enjoyed it.

One of my favorite inexpensive scents is Bora Bora. In the spring and summer months it's beautiful. I was walking through a greenhouse and kept smelling this gorgeous floral smell. It took me 30 minutes to realize it was coming from me! The same woman that created Bora Bora later created Jadore.

Wonderful line-up, Chris! Most of these scents are unknown to me but I love to hear about new gems of perfumery. Now I am very much into Encelade by Marc Antoine Barrois (perfumer Quentin Bisch, a fabulous creator in his own right). It is to me the perfect Autumn-Winter companion, so warm and sophisticated, I just adore it. I am sending you the most delicate pink rose that I could find in my garden and I think it would go perfectly with your beautiful dress. Big hugs!

I took the label off the Seductive Noir bottle and cleaned it up and omg, it looks so much classier and more elegant with that studded ring around the cap! Don't know if you noticed the bottom is also embossed in a croc type pattern. Very subtle and love a little surprise like that! I still just love this perfume! 💗💗

I love, love, love Guess Seductive Noir 🖤. I thought I would like Courtesan, but it wasn't me and I decluttered it. I think it's a little hard to find, so another fragrance lover was happy to get it!
Yes 😂That’s why I said “for the right person”. My friend chased someone down to ask what she was wearing. When I bought it a few months ago I got it on Fragrance Net and it popped up right away. Don’t know about recently like this week or past months. 😉❤️

Nirvana black is one of my favs, but you are right the lasting power isn't there 😭 I mix it with VS Bare EDP. E&J Nirvana Black has the dry type of sandalwood and VS Bare has a creamier type of sandalwood, and they blend so well together!

Good morning beautiful lady, so my inexpensive hidden Jen is SJP!!!! I heard about it a while back from the perfume guy, and immediately purchased it and received it for under $20! I started wearing it and I could not believe the lasting power and the compliments I would receive with that hidden gem! OMG! So then I heard it was discontinued; and like a lot of people went on the search; luckily I bought the large size for $65. And now you can’t even find it. It is phenomenal! I will enjoy my back up. Oh Stash?? Yes it’s awesome! But I sold mine because it was impossible to find even 1-2 years ago so it’s hard to show those on videos. I don’t like to show long discontinued fragrances that are impossible to find because it just upsets the viewers and rightfully so. Good for you for scoring a bottle! 👏🏻😉

These all sound wonderful - a few I own like the Juicy Coutures - Yeah, a year or so ago 2 reviewers talked about the Regal Collection by Juicy Couture and how NOONE was talking about them, how affordable they are and how they are like (Niche Juicy Couture)! And so, I got all 3! Royal Rose, Glistening Amber and Majestic Woods...All so great! I got mine all around $50 each! SO, yeah...more people need to check these out!

Coffee addict sounds like something I have been looking for. I will have to watch out for sales as it sounds like you can definitely get deals. Nirvana black I love to mix with pour femme by dolce and Gabbana and its so pretty together! I love nirvana black - when I run out I will be so sad!

Hello Chris! Great video! I should have included in the package a decant of Fred Hayman Touch. A coworker used to wear it and I had to ask because she smelled amazing. It’s very affordable and in Fragantica it has great reviews, don’t buy it because it has aldehydes so it might not be your cup of tea. But next time I’ll include it!😘

I think Majestic Woods is a "better" version of By The Fireplace (which is so smoky it's disgusting; I had to repeatedly wash it off - but MW is pretty good. Would love to try Glistening Ambre but couldn't get it here, it appeared then disappeared almost immediately!🤗💜🙏💜
What do you think about Guess Red? The black one has grown on me - smells more masculine but I prefer it (so does my husband) than Into the Night, which I just bought because I couldn’t handle the strength of that type of scent before (despite growing up in the 80’s wearing CK Obsession).

Hi Vee. It’s actually an EDT. The easiest way to find it would be to go to Target website and see if it’s at your local store. Someone told me they found it at Amazon. I don’t ever recommend purchasing fragrances on Amazon (esp expensive niche or designer because of fakes) but for something under 30$ it’s safe (inexpensive fragrances are usually not duped because there’s no profit). Let me know how that goes. 😉❤️

Good morning beautiful lady! So my hidden gem is SJP stash exclamation I but it due to the perfume guy. Luckily it cost me $20 for the 1 ounce. I started wearing it and oh my God the lasting power and the compliments! So when I heard again from the perfume guy that it was discontinued I went on the search and bought the 3.4 bottle for $65. So I will cherish my back up. Nowhere to be found now. Have a blessed day

Why do you not like roller balls?? I like them because I don’t like a giant bottle and get stuck with something I don’t like when I get it home.
My bad. Let me rephrase…. I prefer an atomizer because I often spray my clothing (it’s very cold here 6 months out of the year and often I’m in a big bulky sweater /turtleneck so I won’t detect scent if it’s a tiny roller ball on a part of my skin buried under layers. ) That’s it. But I have a few oils and roller balls I love. Also every roller ball I carry in my purse or backpack has leaked. Maybe it’s just me. 😉❤️But absolutely get your reasoning. 🥰

This is my go to scent. Devin dedicated this one to his mother. It has literally knocked Essence down to #2 of my fav Genre fragrances..

Glistening Amber smells exactly like Raghba. I have both and I was like "shoot!" when i purchased Glistening AFTER Raghba 😄
Oh bummer. I decluttered Rahgba immediately after I bought it years ago. I just didn’t care for it. At all. You could sell GA….it’s going to be very hard to find next year.
