+Foster Fallout synthetics were always there, even in Fallout 3, the fallout franchise even 1&2 are in the same year, not exactly but you know

V15 was in Fallout--I don't recall it in Fallout 2. Regardless, a) the Institute had Gen 2 synths a long time before Fallout 4 (and Gen 3s at least a decade before), and b) there's no reason to think that the Institute in the Commonwealth was the only location that had been working on synths when the world blew up. Even if they were, there are lots of ways to explain, but the only really important one is artistic license. ;)

I built a ground safe right next to my Sanctuary Hills workbench. It has about 200,000 prewar cash in it. I just can't be bothered with my 0-weight 1M+ caps. But it does have sentimental value.
Also .32 rounds when you no longer have a need for pipe weapons are just as good as caps. Weigh nothing and go 1:1 at vendors.

You did an incredible job with this - if the new fallout series coming from Amazon in the near future is as good as this is, I will be a very happy man. You were so faithful to the lore & no video series I have seen has given me the goosebumps and smile I got to see you bring the world to life with all the small details you included from the lore.

I am a long time fallout fan and I absolutely LOVE what you guys are doing, I was skeptical at first about a fallout live action show but the setting, the narrative, the costumes, the music, everything was spot on. As a huge fan to the Fallout Series, I've gotta say that this TV show looks promising. I really love the props and the locations such as Salton City, it's just that I'm having a hard time believing that the actors/actresses look way to clean to be living in the wasteland, IMO. Other than that thumbs up and I can't wait to see were this takes us.

The quality of this production is AMAZING! So excited to see more!
A few lore problems I saw
1. Enclave's western HQ would be the Oil Rig which was destroyed shortly after the Enclave made contact with the mainland
2. The Enclave wouldn't have any power in the West due to all of their forces moving east with just a small crew in Navarro
3. Navarro was destroyed completely by the combination of the NCR-BoS forces and any remnants fled into hiding
4. The majority of the Enclaves forces moved to the East, of course there are outposts in Chicago but due to the fact that ED-E never made contact to the Chicago outposts but followed the route given to it we can assume the Chicago outposts are dead, especially with the Mid-western BoS there which, yes, are canon.
5. The Majority of the forces were defeated in the capital wasteland by the BoS meaning the Enclave would be dead
6. Vault 15 is all the way in New California and by the time of the NCR's creation was nothing but an abandoned ruin to the point the elevator which was the only way down from the entrance didn't even work (I actually got this wrong, I totally forgot groups of settlers moved in)
7. Gen-3 Synths wouldn't have the same eyes as Gen-2 and Gen-3 are so well built it's near impossible to tell. The girl's face would look like it was ripped up like a human's face would look which brings me to
8. Nick and DiMA were prototypes and the only two of their make, they were thrown away after the Gen-3s were designed.
A lot of these are to big to just write off or ignore, really.
Vault 15 appeared in Fo2 as well, a small community had formed around it sorta, squatters and the New Khans were using it. Shortly after the chosen one cleared out the New Khans, it became a part of the NCR.

And besides... how could the mother possibily refer to the life "before" (stating she survived the bombing), with the father mentioning a "NCR friend"? I mean, NCR was founded around 2185, how is that possible?
Eh, maybe if we just treat it as an AU fanfic it all works out...I mean yeah it would have been great if they followed the lore more closely. Oh well.

This is... Pretty incredible! As a filmmaker myself I rarely buy into these fan films (NUKA BREAK's comedic angle just killed it for me), but this... It's far from perfect and definitely not without its flaws, but when all the stars align and everything works in conjunction it really shines. Great writing and pace, and just enough mystery for me to go "I need to see what happens next!" Good job to all involved; I take my hat off to you, and can't wait for the next installment. 👍👍

This is by far the best Fallout fan creation I have witnessed. Not only is the cinematography stunning, the attention to lore, and the actual visuals of the Fallout series props (Pipboy, Vault inteior/Exterior, Enclave power armor Mk II, etc) are realistic and visually pleasing. As a long time fallout fan, I think i can speak for many of us, when I say the fallout community will fall in love with this pilot.

X-plus Kaiju Collectors Crew I make wood fire all the time, sparks and ember fragments will fly off guaranteed on a half a meter radius area. Even more if there's wind.

It's really a shame that nobody picked this up as a series. The Fallout franchise is far deeper and richer in terms of story than DOOM, and it got a movie. There is a gold mine just waiting for Bethesda if they were smart. Give me the story and I'll pitch it. What a money maker. It could eclipse Star Wars, seriously.

I almost quit watching when I saw the alien, but I'm glad I didn't. Very promising beginning. I'm still trying to puzzle out how a Synth is contacting someone on the west coast.
There are Synths that escaped out west and South.
Some had thier memory erased, like the one in FO3.
In the West though, Synths are not really well known at all.
Hell, some in New Reno and New Vegas may not even know they are Synths

what time is this set in, (the description would have me assume fallout 1)
who is there dad, was he ncr or a desert ranger ( just curious about this tbh)
how have the enclave not been found in such a massive building especially in the west were everything belongs to the NCR
i feel as though the enclave wouldnt have arrested that family but instead pretty much gunned them down
hearing the sounds in the vault makes me assume that (cause it sounded like colonel Autumn would guess fallout 3)
synths so far out west is pretty weird considering the brotherhood was created there (thinking the railroad would have more common sense with there massive spy networks no?)
what vault are they in ?
if its the enclave remnants doubtful they would be hunting for alien technology after the fact that they created plasma weapons using alien tech, and at no point is it shown either why its important to the enclave either
personally think its a cool idea but there was alot left unconsidered/unanswered in this first part of the pilot that i hope are brought up in the next two

So is this the same Vault 15 seen in Fallout 1 & 2?
Probably, it would make sense, in F2 people settled there, after you beat the New Khans and they become a part of NCR teritorry.
fallout 2 is not in question, vault 15 was an abandoned vault in fallout 1, so this series takes place at some point before the first game, and judging from how old the mother is and the child is now 10, id saw its probably 30-40 years after the great war in 2077
Russ Porter NCR didnt exist back then. In Fallout 2 people settle there.

Вообще-то, в игре внешность можно выбирать. Если ты всегда играл белым, это не значит, что ГГ всегда был белым) Я вот всегда играла за женщину) Мне начать возмущаться, почему ГГ в сериале не женщина?)))
