For an ordinary person like me I wouldn't understand what the guest spoke in first instance, plus after listening to him I became quite curious to know about it more. So it's just a suggestion. It's a quality content podcast.

Good you have insights on RE to know who does what as I remember vishal bhargav saying that you yourself come from a RE builder family. Good job man...just improve your questioning skills.. you need to probe more on the jargons to make ppl understand the topic better.
Krish very good session but I found some thing missing in this session what is drawback in cluster Redevelopment as heard some open space percentage have to give to BMC and flats to mahada in same plot, can u pls clarify . Thanks
All pagadi, MHADA, BMC Defence, state, central and state govt must be made freehold for those residing long with a premium. Uniform FSI must be provided and all pre approval, documents made available online. Rotational parking made compulsory where less parking space. Herr many black sheep try tonoccuoy the committee and parking for their personal space while others denied.
Parking, open space not addressed in city town planning. Each flat must have a compulsory parking. Most of housing colony major issue of parking and congestion on road. Another question can two cluster in one cluster and one or two societies can club together.
Proper city planning all city utility must go underground in micro tunnel system and duct system. Tangling wire, narrow gutter, encroached uneven footpath, road and open space encroachment these problem must be solved.
