@@pr0digy954 instead of buying land and then building property on it, they get into an agreement with landlord to share some percentage with him. So land is owned by landlord and construction cost is handled by Sunteck. Profits are shared as per agreements, I think 26% was mentioned in the video.

Not sure though if the low interest rates scenario still holds true & the decadal bullishness still holds. But if one wants to partner with a cleanest, honest & smartest management in MMR real estate, I think Sunteck is the answer. What do you guys think about demand over the next 2-3 years due to much higher interest rates now than when this video was recorded?

Varinder salute to you for bringing videos wherein businesses are explained in such simple way. Keep it up buddy. I was more interested in knowing how they adjust the bribes in their balance sheets. As this sector is heavily dependent on govt approvals. Pl include this questions in future videos
I would suggest you to use time stamps in the videos to help us navigate the video easily, someone who knows the basics and is only looking for some small details
Avenue 1 and 2 still under construction and 50 to 80% buyers has been given possession without aminities such as drinking water, club house, swimming pool, gas line etc. staff is irresponsible lack of cordination overall buyers are disappointed
Sunteck just sucks money buy wrong ways and showcase to world, project success lauch, sales target, fast selling project,Fastest building construction. BUT NO FASTEST RESOLUTION on any complain. Y in any interview Host forget ask about complaint file by buyers
