What a beautiful ending to a well written show, magnificent really magnificent, glad to see Walt went to jail Jesse got therapy hank and gomez got promoted and they all lived happily after
This was a great ending to the show! Hank put Walt under the jail and Jessie got cleaned up and joined the Task force. Hank got his promotion and Gomi had tacos!
To not expect the unexpected with Walter White at this point was just insane. If he would've just gotten in and out without all the theatrics, he and Gomez probably would have lived.
...Hank is the only BB character who upon learning the truth, refused to "Break Bad." Even under blackmail (Walt's CD) or when staring down the barrel of a pistol in the middle of a desert. Plus, he knew his wife was a klepto and even though he loved the law, she was the only thing he loved more.
It's crazy how the tables turn... I mean Hank used Walt as his chemist for years and somehow Walt is the bad guy and is the one getting arrested! There is no justice in this world....
Well as we saw later in that scene karma was right around the corner for hank when a rival cartel ambushed him saving walt as well. Thank god for them, Hank got what he deserved

Well Hank and Gomie down and Jesse oh boy!! He surely prefer to die instead of his miserable destiny.

No credible law enforcement officer is going out into the middle of the desert with his confidential informant standing right there while being EXTREMELY lightly armed to arrest such a high profile criminal.

@jayoz9583 In real life, yes. Hank would have had to recuse to maintain ethical standards for the DEA. Gomez would likely be allowed, but it's more of an HR issue, it would be subject to much more scrutiny, and they would give him a new partner, as well as subject him to more frequent reports.
