I love me some Turkish cheese. With it's soft yet sharp taste, it goes amazing with red wine. I didn't know it was made in Kars so thanks for the info!!! Amazing video like always!
Turks were in Kars for more than a 1000 years. Russians invaded Kars and we get back Kars from them. Georgians were living around Kars for 1000 years too. There were no Russians until 1850s in Kars.
Turkey you are amazing country with amazing people, our bastard nation had destroyed almost the whole nature of our beloved country, but you take care of your amazing nature, a lots of love from pakistan, Thank you 👍
Russians? NO! It was a Swiss man called David Moser who first produced this cheese and Turks were there already. Turks didn't ''move'' to Kars in 1878.
Kars is a pure Kurdish city in Kurdistan. Has nothing to do with turks. Kurdish people are the oldest people who made cheese. And Gruyere cheese has its origin from France, has nothing to do with Kurds or Mongolians. Turks who arrived 1000 years ago, mixed with other nations. Today you don't see any Mongolian origin turks anymore.
You are a Persian remnant. what are you talking. The Turks took you out of the Zagros caves and brought you to Anatolia. You have neither culture nor identity.

More like the Russians invaded that area and the Turks took it back. Similar to whats happening now in Ukraine.
