The one thing I don't understand is why Autel didn't develop this product with a universal remote that has a digital interface. It makes me wonder: if you bought one of your own, would you be able to reprogram it with the microchip that is in the factory universal remotes that they sell themselves? Just some food for thought

Autel is a scam. I wasted $2,000 on their junk. Will not even make Toyota keys.

You need to know how to use the machine. Most locksmiths use autel machines amongst other brands.
