I have the same bov but it's not supposed to flutter like that. It should be more like a "wush" sound. Did you thighten the top part of the bov or double check the vaccum hoses that are routed correctly. I have videos on my channel for sound reference.
mate thats not good, thats compressor surge, sounds not good, i got the same bov and it woooshhhh and not tutututututu, thats the sound of stalling your turbine blades you need a softer spring,

What size did you use for the euro adapter? Was it 10mm or 12mm??
