You will need a new jubilee clip or similar for the largest cooling pipe, assuming you are replacing the factory original. It’s about 14cm in diameter.
When this part fails, could this cause the motor management error message i see on my dashboard? It happened at the same time, this error and my temperature gauge staying at 0.

@@autodocuk Alfa Romeo 147 birthyear 2004. Same car as in the video. But i have made a appointment with my garage to take a look at it. Very rare i see the gauge jumps to 90c and back to 0c. Thanks for all the video's you guys making. Really helpful! :)
