Hi I am also petite and that is what was stopping me but I made 2016 a couple of weeks ago and love it! The bodice being fitted really helps with that.

I almost picked up the Simplicity Color Block, pattern. Interested!! Simplicity had an online pattern sale, ended 3/24. Love the lines of the dress but concerned I wouldn't have the skills to make it. .
