    One of the most basic tool that we need to be familiar with as a General Admin VA is the G Suite.
    G Suite is a collection of tools. For this series, we will focusing on those that are commonly used in a General admin VA's work namely:
    Gmail
    Google Calendar
    Google Drive (docs, sheets, slides, & forms)
    In this video, we will talk about how you can manage your client's scheduling needs using the Google Calendar.

    Thank you for this video. If your audience is only phillipines then it's fine, but if it's for everyone, It would be nice if you try to keep to one language, because I got confused a lot of times

    Ms. Maricar pag gagawa ka po ba ng reminder event etc. Kay client need po ba I set yung time zone ni client or need po na I access muna ang calendar ni client bagu mo po sya magawan ng event etc.?

    After po mag set ng event po need po ba e send agad ?or automatic na po cya mag notify sa client 15mins before ang event?

      Hindi po. You nee to set kung magssend ba sya sa participants agad. Same din po with the notification kay client. Kelangan mo muna i-set.

      Yun po bang reminder ng event ang minimean nyo? That one po e you have to set it dun sa mismong event.

    For calendar management, cold calling ka din ba dito or iba po ito? I am curious, usually ba kapag calendar management ay ibibigay lang sayo ni client ang schedule niya at ikaw na bahala mag encode sa calendar??

      Hi!
      Like most VA work, it varies po per client. You have to discuss it with your specific client, kung anong way nya gusto ipamanage yung calendar and schedule nya.

      Hi Zabrina, kelangan lang po ni client na idelegate sayo yung calendar nya. no need na po na ibigay nya sayo yung gmail nya :)

    Good Day, Thank you for simplifying this but I have some questions.
    So emails only apply to Gmail accounts only? As for you, the appointment setter, I believe you have to adjust the time of meeting to the clients time zone correct?
    I hope you can respond in your earliest convenience.

      Hi Mark,
      If you're using your own Gmail (that follows the Phils time zone) yes, you would have to adjust. But if you're using a different gmail for appointment setting, double check if it's already following your client's time zone. If it does, you don't have to adjust anymore.

      No need na po to get your client's log ins. Ang kelangan lang po e bigyan ka nya ng permission to access yung calendar nila.
      meron pong permissions sa setting. Kelangan po i add ni client yung email add mo dun :)

      It's best to confirm kay client yung time zone nya. Pag alam mo na yung time zone nya e you can use worldtimebuddy.com para icheck kung anong time yun sa pinas. :)

      Yes, these videos are primarily created for Filipino remote workers. However, with the influx of foreign visitors on the channel, this video was already updated to include english subtitles. Hope that helps.
