When you go after the Relic terminal on the destroyed rooftop, climb up to the very top and you'll see a drop container on the building across the road. You can jump up onto the statue, walk across it to the other side, and grab the items. Also, the two vendors at Dogtown you buy the shards from are the heads of CDPR, and the braindances they also sell are takeoffs of their games

Oh ok I didnt know thats how the Junkies worked also the second perk shard behind the boxes I had NO idea bout lol.
Anyone know if you can go back to get the shard and have it still be there? The one during dog eat dog.
