Cyberpunk Widowmaker Sniper/ Runner Build for patch 2.1 (Buildmakerbaby). A typed up version on my Iphone…….assuming that you’ve watched the build video right through. Attributes ------ Add 1 point to everything then max out Intelligence. Primary Attributes are Intelligence and Cool. Technical Ability- 4 (to give ourselves health item bonuses) Cool- 4 ( To head start Sniping perks. There’s some mitigation boost in there as well). This setup is to push through the early game. You’re a net runner first……sniper second……..due to the lack of sniper rifles in the early game. Once we get comfortable with our setup we can simply refund perk points and reassign them wherever necessary. Rewarded to you after mission “Riders on the storm”. 4-Breakthrough (Iconic) (Find crafting spec during NCPD suspected crime activity in Rancho Coronado. When looting, try to roll weapons with empty mod slots. Mods --- For Sniper Rifles- Equaliser, Gambiteer (Smart Weapons), Headtoll. Clothing ----- Outer Torso-Tactical Harness (reload time reduction) (Clothing vendor at Wellsprings.) Face- BD Wreath (Quickhack upload time reduction), Infovisor. (Quickhack Vendors) Dogtown Exclusives ----------- Sniper Rifles ------- Barghest Nekomata (Blackmarket Vendor at the Stadium) Sparky (Iconic)- Good for mid range enemies grouped together. (Looted from a Scavengers increased criminal activity) Rasetsu (Iconic)- (Phantom Liberty main mission “You know my name) Set of Iconic Mods- can only be crafted by a single piece of component and you can acquire that by defeating the mili-tech Chimera neither conclusion of the first act of phantom liberty. Once you rip out the Chimera core, you’ll be able to loot it from the ground. You now have a choice among four iconic weapon mods from various weapon types. The mod we want to craft is: ---------------- Wallpuncher -(Tech Weapons such as Nekomata and Barghest variant. Pair it with “Ping” Quickhack) One thing to keep in mind is that this mod and the other Chimera mods can be unequipped from a gun, so feel free to re-equip if you find a better quality. This mod will turn your Nekomata into a beast!!!
Cyberware ------ ------ Cyberware Availability at Ripperdocs Tier 2- Lvl 10 Tier 3 - Lvl 20 Tier 4 - Lvl 30 Tier 5 - Lvl 40 It’s very crucial to have the perks “Driver Update” and “Chipware Connoisseur” to have a better chance of rolling the “stat modifiers” that you might require on your Cyberware pieces when upgrading. By rolling and stacking these on all your Cyberware, they can potentially make a big difference in general as long as you know what stat modifiers you want to prioritise. For this build, we want as much “Reload Speed” as we can, due to the slow reload speed of our snipers. Then go for “Headshot Damage Multiplier”. Cyberdeck ----- - Tetratonic Rippler Mk.5 (It synergises the most with our Quickhack setup). -Quickhacks- (Most of our Quickhacking involves using control Quickhacks to debuff our targets before eliminating them with a Sniper Rifle. Control Quickhacks 1-Reboot Optics 2- Cyberware Malfunction (stacks up to 8 at tier 5) 3- Weapon Glitch (accuracy debuff) 4- Cripple Movement Covert Quickhacks 5- Ping (Good for using with Tech weapons to shoot highlighted enemies through walls) 6- Sonic Shock (Must have for stealthing). (Pair with Overwatch Sniper Rifle). Combat Quickhacks 7- Short Circuit (Use after Cyberware Malfunction for additional 10% damage for each stack of Cyberware Malfunction). Once you have the Vulnerability Analytics relic perk you can upload the Cyberware Malfunction/ Short Circuit combo to cause an explosion. 8- Synapse Burnout (Extends Overclock for 5 seconds after neutralising an enemy. You always want Overclock active as long as possible to keep your Quickhacks going as long as possible and your Ashura rifle to keep Insta- locking on your targets. Quickhack Queue Combos -------------- 1- Reboot Optics + Weapon Glitch (severely impair the target’s shooting accuracy). (Mix in an additional Cripple Movement to deal with moving targets). 2- Cyberware Malfunction + Short Circuit (when your enemy has a weak spot) If you have the relic perk Vulnerability Analytics you may use this combo once the vulnerability reveals itself. It’s also very effective against robots, drones and even mechs. 3- Sonic Shock + Reboot Optics (During stealth will deafen and blind your enemies) Having Sonic Shock precede any Quickhacks will have you avoid being traced by the enemy. Strategic use of the above combo will keep you out of combat if you like going through an encounter with full stealth. 4-Cyberware Malfunction x 4 ( Doing it again brings it to 8 stacks. On tier 5 and Iconic, very effective against Bosses. 5- Cyberware Malfunction x 3 + Reboot Optics ( Cutdown version of previous combo to get increased damage buff against a target from the 3 stacks of Cyberware Malfunction and the damage buff of the Reboot Optics all within a single queue. Great against high threat enemies usually one shotting them with your Sniper Rifle. 6- Cyberware Malfunction + Reboot Optics + Synapse Burnout + Cyber Malfunction. If you want to be more efficient: 7- Cyberware Malfunction + Synapse Burnout + Cyberware Malfunction ( Uses less RAM and usually takes out enemies that are below high threat., Cyberware Continued ------------ When choosing what Cyberware to install: 1- We need to synergise our Cyberware’s effect with our build. 2- We need to boost armour as much as we can 3- We need to mind the attunement to further improve our stats. Our primary attributes are intelligence and cool where in intelligence attunement for most Cyberware doesn’t necessarily give amazing bonuses, but since we have max cool, most of the Cyberware attuned with Cool has the headshot damage multiplier bonus. So obviously, we’re going to be going for those Cyberware. Frontal Cortex- Ex-Disc (Headshot Damage Multiplier, Health, Reload Speed), Ram Uograde (Health Regen, Bonus Ricochet Damage, RAM regen from neutralising an enemy). Skeleton- Para Bellum (Health, Explosive Damage Resistance, Melee Damage Resistance) Bionic Joints (Bonus Ricochet Damage, Decreased Enemy Vision, Reload Speed), Universal Booster (Melee Damage Resistance, Health Item Effect, Health Item Recharge Speed) Nervous System- Adrenaline Converter (Melee Damage Resistance, Reload Speed, Chemical Damage). Atomic Sensors (Health Regen, Headshot Damage, Explosion Damage) Tyrosine Injector (Bonus Stealth Damage, Reload Speed, Aim Speed) Integumentary System- Carapace (Bonus Ricochet Damage, Decreased Enemy Vision, Grenade Recharge Speed). Rangeguard (Stealth Damage, Explosive Damage, RAM Regen) Pain Editor (Melee Damage Resistance, Explosion Damage, Reload Speed). Face- Kiroshi “Clairvoyant” Optics (Health Regen, Reload Speed). Hands- Smart Link (Quickhack Damage, RAM Regen, Damage over time), Shock Absorber (Headshot Damage, Explosion Damage, Aim Spread) Circulatory System- Biomonitor (Health Regen, Health, Health Item recharge speed.) Heal-On-Kill (Bonus Ricochet Damage, Reload Speed, RAM Regen) Blood Pump (Carrying Capacity, Quickhack Damage, Damage Over Time). Legs- Reinforced Tendons (Health Regen, Explosion Damage Resistance, Grenade Recharge Speed). Strategy/ Leveling Process. -------------- --------------- -As soon as you’re able to explore Watson, a good way to get some free experience, is to finish a couple of easy Main missions: -The Ride, The Information. -Now you’re free to pursue gigs for NCPD hustles. Starting Gear and Quickhacks ---------------- -.Make sure you have Reboot Optics and Overheat equipped. -Guns- Craft yourself a Unity. This will be your gun until you level to 6. (You may also use Dying Light, given to you by Wilson). Early game tactics ---------- ---------- -Prioritise stealth above all, take advantage of the environment by using distract enemy and stealth takedown whenever possible…….and during combat, upload reboot optics plus overheat when you can to aid your gunplay. -When you reach level 6, head to Kabuti Market Gun Vendor and try to get yourself a Tier 2 Nekomata. -Or at the very least, a Tier 2 Grad Sniper along with a Fleetshot to get rid of the movement penalty. Keep advancing time by 24hrs until the Snioer Rifles become available from the Vendor’s stock. -Don’t go full sniper yet. Instead, use it along with your pistol. -Make sure to hack into every access point you see, as they are good sources for getting Quickhacks and Quickhack crafting specs. (Always solve the 3rd sequence) -if you still haven’t received what you need, you can always buy them from the Quickhack Vendor. -Clear all Watson Gigs and NCPD hustles before moving onto the second act. -Once you complete all of Regina’s gigs, she will reward you with the iconic Cyberware “AXOLOTL”. -When dealing with Royce during the mission “The Pickup”, once you enter the boss area, upload “Cyber Malfunction” + “Short Circuit” combo to detonate the exo-skeleton’s weakspot………thus, disabling its shield, ………you can then upload a combination of control quickhacks and scoring headshots along the way. -As soon as you start Act 2, your first agenda should be to find all the perk shards all over Night City. Quality Availability At Vendors- Guns and Quickhacks - Update your stuff whenever you can: Gun Vendors ------- Tier 2 -Lv 6 Tier 3 - Lv 14 Tier 4 - Lv 22 Tier 5 - Lv 30 Tier 5+ - Lv 38 Quickhack Vendors ---------- Tier 2 - Lv 2 Tier 3 - Lv 12 Tier 4 - Lv 20 Tier 5 - Lv 30 -At some point in the story, you’ll be facing off against Sandayu Oda……and he can be a little tricky to fight…….especially with our setup. -Before the mission, make sure to have your Tetratonic Rippler MK.5 at tier 5 to have that special effect where you cast Reboot Optics + Weapon Glitch to nearby enemies when you activate “Overclock”. And to have at least tier 3 Quickhacks. -As soon as Oda enters the arena, cast Cyberware Malfunction + Short Circuit to break Oda’s mask. His mask is considered a weak spot and by destroying it will allow you to deal headshots without any damage penalty. You’ll know that it broke when Oda gets knocked down to the ground. -Activate Overclock near him to immediately cast Reboot Optics + Weapon Glitch ……and as he gets up, upload Cripple Movement to lick him in place then just spam Cyberware Malfunction to deal more damage against him. Move to a sniping distance, shoot and continue to do so until he’s eliminated. You may upload more Cyber Malfunction while you’re at it. Guns that are equipped on this build video ---------------------- 1- Nekomata Tier 5 ++ 2- Ashura Tier 5 + 3- Overwatch Tier 5 +
@@KapnKetchup Cheers mate! Are you able to copy and paste it? I hope so! I’m not sure from my end! Any build videos I come across on you tube, whether it’s “FightinCowboy, Pwar, FrownyGaming or buildmakerbaby…………if their video is 60mins……..I will spend 2-3 hours putting it to a document in great detail on my IPhone for myself. This is the first time I’ve shared one on you tube. If you’re able to copy and paste…..then I’ll keep sharing. 🙂
Your format for these is really good. I notice that most build guides just 'start' from 60. They might explain the path, but none of it goes into evolving the build from a low level character. Very helpful.
Without a shadow of doubt, this is clearly the best explained, edited and most informative cyberpunk 2077 video on youtube period. The part of video at the end were you scroll through attribute's, perks, weapons etc., absolutely awesome info for the build, you just don't see anyone go in to such detail. Grateful, liked and subbed.
wow I've watched cyberpunk build tutorials from popular creators, but none of them go as in-depth as u. ur really good at explaining. thanks for the guide brotha
going into this video, i was expecting a generic commentary stream-like style on a general guideline of what to use, but when watching it the sheer quality of the production (animation, information, progression) blew me away this went above and beyond and truly is a professional deep-dive
Mate, you’ve been putting so much work into these build videos since the initial game release whilst CDPR constantly changes things up and you have to start all over again!!! I feel for you! I’m so stoked that you’re still here and continuing to “go back to the drawing board”!! I’m taking note of this build in great detail and looking forward to trying it out………I’ve been waiting for it….🙂👍 Cheers mate! P.s……..But The Ghost……..there can be only one…….;-)
For anyone wondering about the SPT32 Grad mentioned at 52:20 it seems that the Kabuki merchant doesn't sell it but you can get one from Robert Wilson near your starting apartment in Watson.
Excellent content. Also, I deeply appreciate that you paired "no brainer" with a clip of you just blasting someone's brains out with a sniper rifle. An absolutely elegant touch.
A note on breach protocol if youre into netrunning - its still kinda there, thought not in the same way. If you jack into an access point in an area, it breaches the local subnet which just lowers RAM costs across the board of the small area you're in. So for example, an access point inside a building a gig takes place in. I dont know if this was something that was pre 2.0 but I know its the only way to still breach protocol as of now.
Late to comment ik but, incredible build showcase as always and I enjoyed this video and the lives they were rlly fun uwu I'm hyped so much for the ghost build, hoping to see the gameplay video or a couple of live cuz seeing you play this game is incredible °^°
Props to the video brother👏👏👏 its clear, your time and hardwork spent delivers a unique content like no other. Considering the previous comments - im not alone when saying, excellent video👏👏👏
Damn, from all netrunning sniper builds I saw, this one have everything I will be aiming for in my next playthrough. Perfect combination of perks, cyberware and hacks. The fact that this is able to hit 310 cyberware cap, and 1000 armor points is amazing. Plus this in-depth presentation expaining how everythig works is one hell of a work done.
Great video! This is extremely helpful and high quality. I can see a ton of work and thought put into this. Would love if you could do a monowire/netrunner build guide. Thank you choom👍
Brilliant presenting and editing. You got yourself a sub. I was going to be starting my first Phantom Liberty playthrough shortly and was looking for something like this, except I am looking to use more pistols to early, mid game.
I’m ready for the next 2.0 build! Really have been enjoying the netrunner sniper build. Currently at level 49. It’s nice that I can steath effectively but if I am feeling impatient I just run in and start blast-hacking.
GREAT!! Vid. I have been looking for anything to help me get my head around the new changes as it relates to my current attributes and I have found it especially since I didn’t want to respec. my attributes. Plus this is the best at explaining each aspects of the build.
Nice. Thanks for doing this! There were multiple moments where I thought "good lord this man put a metric fuck ton of work into this". I also learned a bunch!
You my bro just got another subscriber. Your video is very educational, in equal measure as it's entertaining to watch. I'm looking forward for more Cyberpunk 2077 videos from you.
Love this video! I'm very new to Cyberpunk im so glad I hold onto my perks in every game for a bit, I like to level up then look for a build in games like this! 😮 I'm so glad I found your video first! 🥇😁
Nice video, im trying out this build right now and i am loving it. Just a small tip, there is a wearpon mod called headhopper for smart wearpons wich is probably the best mod for this kind of build, at legendary level it gives 20% headshoot damage, 30% lock speed and you can lock on 2 more targets , the last modifier might be a little problematic at some times but overall is to good to let it pass. Its really a late game buff since this mod is pretty rare, but as far as i know it can spawn at vendors around level 50 at least, see if the vendor have any epic and legendary tier mods on the stock them it might have a chance of spawning it, i don't know if certain vendors have a higher chance to spawn but the one wich i found it with more consistency was the one in the city center, the one wich sells golden variants of smart wearpons.
This is a great looking build. I'm planning to do Netrunning for the build I'm doing currently, still have to do The Heist and the followup to get access to the world before I can powerlevel. I was planning to spec into Body / Intelligence for the synergy between Overclock, Adrenaline Rush, and the Blood Pump as it seemed like it'd basically make me immortal, as well as Tech for the cyberware capacity stuff. My first playthrough at launch, I ended up speccing into Tech and Cool and building around the Breakthrough sniper rifle, so honestly your build is probably more up m y alley, I loved just doing a Ping and headshotting everyone through walls for millions of damage before they even knew I was there.
Hi ! Nice work on that video, interesting build i was planning a SMG netrunner build but this one might suit me more, SMG netrunners lack the stealth compound which i enjoy and can be useful for mission as well. Thanks for the sharing, gonna see if i can improve it even more.
I just stumbled across your video. Great appreciation for the effort you put in. Thank you very much. As a new player, I'm wondering if the order in which you present the perks is also the order in which it's best to level them.
@buildmakerbaby Hey man love your builds had a question what were the wardrobe outfits you showed off in the gear section was curious what look you went for for your sniper thx man have a great day
There's an Ashura in the gig 'An Incovenient Killer' in City Center - it's in the room where the target is located. In Dogtown, you can find one in the Voodoo Boys Increased Criminal Activity, fast travel to Luxor High Wellness Spa; loot the rifle cases.
@@buildmakerbaby Tyvm for the reply. I'm on my 1st pt lvl 48 have not yet started PL so I didn't have access to Dog Town but I did use the "Let there be flight" mod to fly in, lol just to see if I could at least locate it the Ashura T5++. In your vid 26:06 your Ashura T5++ located where you mentioned but when I went there it was not there; so I'm wondering if this is RNG based? I cleared the entire area even killed the mini boss, checked ALL creates and no Ashura. Then I used CET mod to create two game saves one at lvl 50 & 60 to see if its a lvl based drop. Ran thru there again to test the possible RNG and still no Ashura. I'm getting close to starting PL which will unlock Dog Town so maybe there's a trigger for it? as the fast travel was non functional which makes sense. The Ashura related to "An Inconvenient Killer" can't be looted after you've completed the gig because the club interior doors become locked and it would not make sense for it to drop a T5++ that early in the game but I guess if you are already lvl 50+ perhaps it can? The Panam mission "Riders on the Storm" I was using my crafted Ashura T5 to clear it and I looted one (T5) off one of the snipers on the roof. Unfortunately I did not do a hard manual save for that mission so I can't load it up and test if it was RNG or not. Anyways apologies for the wall. I will report back my findings as I progress thru PL if anything changes. The only other option would be to use CET but I'd rather find it in the game legitimately.
@@buildmakerbaby I found my org game save for the GIG "An Inconvenient Killer". I was org lvl 23 when I did this gig which gave me a T3+ Ashura. I used CET to test the RNG at various lvls and this is what I learned. @ LVL 50-52 = T5+ @ LVL 53-60 = T5++ So if one were to want to guarantee getting the T5++ it would be best to save this GIG until you are lvl 53 and do a backup save before you start it in case you get unlucky w/ the rolls on mods. From my limited testing, the mods and sockets are random which is why you would want to do a backup save to reroll if you get unlucky.
Darn that's unfortunate for the dogtown one, I was sure that it's always the ashura there. The enemies and loot there respawn and it's always the same items in the containers. Guess we're gonna have to rely on the gig for the t5++. I'll do some tests as well for my own but thanks for the amazing breakdown, greatly appreciate it.
@@buildmakerbaby If I get time Ill make a vid on it. This wep is pretty sick w/ the right setup but I assume thats common w/ a lot of weps in the game.
Pretty nice video format, though it could do with more detail about which perks and perk trees to prioritize at which levels. Because the Strategy chapter felt like you only explained how to play until leaving Watson, then how to deal with Oda, and then the video was over.
Nice video and guide. As I assume you treat Netrunning in this build as something additional to the Sniping. Does your changes affected a lot the netrunner possibility to flat line from stealth?
Yes, main damage source is from sniping, quickhacking to debuff/crowd control. As for stealth, Sonic Shock + Reboot is key, not as convenient as before, you have to be more active and keep track of the enemies in an encounter.
Well generally, just get all the relic perks but you can turn off Vulnerability Analytics from time to time - sometimes the vulnerability mechanic can get annoying.
can't find the Nekomata, am level 9 but the vendor in kabuki only ever sells ashura or anything other than sniper rifles/the nekomata. Are there any other vendors in Watson that sell it or do I just keep using pistols until the ashura is useable?
Do you think it would affect the build too much if I decided to go 20 reflex and 17 tech to get tailwind and slaughterhouse for more blade usage and still be viable with snipers?
Dude i love playing as a nomad. And i live being a runner. But pure runner felt boring for my characters backstory. Ngl i so wama remake my current character to try this build.
34:10 I think w/ P2.1 they broke how random stats roll because they are mostly all the same and most are junk now but I see ppl's stats from P2.0 and its like the complete opposite; they are all very good. I tried all kinds of ways to get different rolls; various docs and lvls they all just keep rolling the same junk. I suspect this was another mechanic that got broken w/ P2.1
@@buildmakerbaby I'm sorry lol. I didn't wanna come off as rude as I did. I love your character builds and the whole presentation. Still, this actually spoiled me which is why I was pissed off when I wrote my comment.
Overclocking, essentially, with the help of Axolotl + Quantum Tuner but that's kinda late into the build. Up until that point, RAM regen is key; RAM Upgrade + Memory Boost cyberwares and the perk Recirculation along with an Ashura should give back some RAM for every kill.
Great build. Having lots of fun with Ashura + double legendary Headhopper. Though, maybe I've missed something but how are you blanketing entire battlefields with reboot optics? Rippler only applies to people you're basically standing next to. Are you doing that manually every fight or?
Manually for the most part. Reboot T5 spreads to other enemies when you kill the target affected by it and with the perk Spillover where a quickhack has a 50% chance to spread to an additional target.
I am confuse as to to what perks to get per level. should I get all recommended under Intelligence tree first before I move to cool as I level up? I hope someone can asnwer this for me, many thanks
Heeey, something I would love in this video if I maybe missed it I am sorry, but if you would show the whole perk tree, its easier to copy and try than just searching for the perks inside my game etc. :) great video
I did the Royce combo u mentioned but it doesn’t seem to detonate his shield or really do anything significantly impactful on him. Am I missing something?
Thanks for the suggestion, definitely something to keep in mind. Recently, I've been avoiding using too much motion graphics and stuff to lessen visual clutter, info is still priority.
@@buildmakerbaby ya i forgot about the blue points you have to invest. I started playing this game and was level 20..came back a year later and they took all my money, my apartments and guns.. Then F'd up the perk tree lol
How viable is this build on very hard? From what I hear, Overwatch was nerfed pretty hard. Can't shoot through walls anymore,. Stealth barely works so that it will alert nearby enemies, despite being "silenced".
All gameplay footage in this video were all set to Very Hard. Overwatch is still good especially with max Cool though keep in mind, it can still be heard if you shoot nearby enemies and yes, you can't shoot through walls with it anymore.
@@buildmakerbaby I have since started a new playthrough and I have to say while you are not wrong when you say it is still good, I found that Overwatch is constantly outmatched by enemy level scaling. The selling point of Overwatch is that it can stealth one shot enemies, right? Only stealth sniper in the game. But can it? My experience was this (on very hard obviously): 1) Rushed to Overwatch (quickly to act 2, do the Panam/Aldecaldos story, get the Overwatch). I am now at level 10-15 approx. Does it one shot:? No. 2) Still at the same level (just got Overwatch), I invested in Focus and Deadeye and everything else I could find that adds headshot damage (but not Killer Instinct because I overlooked that for some reason. Only now does it one shot everything. Even skull enemies. Yay!! 3) As I level up, enemies get stronger but I stay ahead by upgrading Overwatch. Still one shotting skull enemies. 4) At about level 30, the issue starts: My Overwatch is now tier 5++ and can't be upgraded anymore but enemies still scale every level from lvl 30 - 60. Overwatch can't keep up with enemy scaling. I have to resort to all kinds of buffs/perks. See below. 5) Now I am level 60 and well technically it can still one shots skull enemies but I have to use every trick in the book to make this work. List of stuff I have to do/have to have: * Focus (+10% headshot damage) * Deadeye (+10% headshot damage) * Longshot (always full damage, regardless of distance when Deadeye is active) * Nerves of Tungsten Steel (guaranteed crit hit with headshot + increased damage as range increases) * Killer Instinct (+25% damage with silenced guns outside of combat) * slot all cyberware that can be Cool attuned and have 20 Cool for an extra 4% headshot damage per implant + headshot multiplier buff . I have 5 such implants now. * use the Tetratronic Rippler, quickhack them with ping or sonic shock for an extra 15% damage (and or Reboot Optics for another 15%/30%) * get Headhunter up to level 30 for an extra 25% headshot damage * My headshot damage multiplier is +377% now All of this just to be able to one shot skull enemies at lvl 60. A bit much, no? I guess what I am trying to say is, if you want to use Overwatch on verry hard, you have to go ALL IN on everything that buffs headshot damage. Meanwhile, with Overclock and System Collapse (untraceable), when I pop Asskick + Alfredo XXL, I can silently drop 4 or 5 enemies within seconds (skull or no skull, doesn't matter) and remain in full stealth and I don't need line of sight. Can do it through camera. And I don't even have to go all in on Intelligence. 15 attribute points and 9 perk points are enough. To be fair, Netrunner skill should be at high as possible for that though. tldr: My advice for stealth play: Ditch Overwatch at around level 30, when it can't one shot anymore despite being at 5++, and use Overclock + System Collapse.
you need to post a link to the complete build, its a pain in the ass to rewatch the vidoe a hundered times to see where to put all the perks while leveling, and you also didnt mention how to put the perks at what level like you did with attribute.
Hey chooms! Thanks for watching, hope y'all have fun with this build. More of this stuff are coming and we'll be playing them here --> www.twitch.tv/baybee_or_baby

Cyberware
------
------
Cyberware Availability at Ripperdocs
Tier 2- Lvl 10
Tier 3 - Lvl 20
Tier 4 - Lvl 30
Tier 5 - Lvl 40
It’s very crucial to have the perks “Driver Update” and “Chipware Connoisseur” to have a better chance of rolling the “stat modifiers” that you might require on your Cyberware pieces when upgrading.
Cyberdeck
-----
- Tetratonic Rippler Mk.5 (It synergises the most with our Quickhack setup).
-Quickhacks- (Most of our Quickhacking involves using control Quickhacks to debuff our targets before eliminating them with a Sniper Rifle.
Control Quickhacks
1-Reboot Optics
2- Cyberware Malfunction (stacks up to 8
at tier 5)
3- Weapon Glitch (accuracy debuff)
4- Cripple Movement
Covert Quickhacks
5- Ping (Good for using with Tech weapons to shoot highlighted enemies through walls)
6- Sonic Shock (Must have for stealthing).
(Pair with Overwatch Sniper Rifle).
Combat Quickhacks
7- Short Circuit (Use after Cyberware
Malfunction for additional 10% damage
for each stack of Cyberware
Malfunction). Once you have the
Vulnerability Analytics relic perk you
can upload the Cyberware Malfunction/
Short Circuit combo to cause an
explosion.
8- Synapse Burnout (Extends Overclock
for 5 seconds after neutralising an
enemy. You always want Overclock
active as long as possible to keep your
Quickhacks going as long as possible
and your Ashura rifle to keep Insta-
locking on your targets.
Quickhack Queue Combos
--------------
1- Reboot Optics + Weapon Glitch (severely impair the target’s shooting accuracy). (Mix in an additional Cripple Movement to deal with moving targets).
2- Cyberware Malfunction + Short Circuit (when your enemy has a weak spot) If you have the relic perk Vulnerability Analytics
you may use this combo once the vulnerability reveals itself. It’s also very effective against robots, drones and even mechs.
3- Sonic Shock + Reboot Optics (During stealth will deafen and blind your enemies)
Having Sonic Shock precede any Quickhacks will have you avoid being traced by the enemy.
If you want to be more efficient:
7- Cyberware Malfunction + Synapse Burnout + Cyberware Malfunction ( Uses less RAM and usually takes out enemies that are below high threat.,
Cyberware Continued
------------
When choosing what Cyberware to install:
1- We need to synergise our Cyberware’s effect with our build.
2- We need to boost armour as much as we can
3- We need to mind the attunement to further improve our stats.
Frontal Cortex- Ex-Disc (Headshot Damage Multiplier, Health, Reload Speed),
Ram Uograde (Health Regen, Bonus Ricochet Damage, RAM regen from neutralising an enemy).
Skeleton- Para Bellum (Health, Explosive Damage Resistance, Melee Damage Resistance) Bionic Joints (Bonus Ricochet Damage, Decreased Enemy Vision, Reload Speed), Universal Booster (Melee Damage Resistance, Health Item Effect, Health Item Recharge Speed)
Nervous System- Adrenaline Converter (Melee Damage Resistance, Reload Speed, Chemical Damage). Atomic Sensors (Health Regen, Headshot Damage, Explosion Damage) Tyrosine Injector (Bonus Stealth Damage, Reload Speed, Aim Speed)
Integumentary System- Carapace (Bonus Ricochet Damage, Decreased Enemy Vision, Grenade Recharge Speed). Rangeguard (Stealth Damage, Explosive Damage, RAM Regen) Pain Editor (Melee Damage Resistance, Explosion Damage, Reload Speed).
Face- Kiroshi “Clairvoyant” Optics (Health Regen, Reload Speed).
Hands- Smart Link (Quickhack Damage, RAM Regen, Damage over time), Shock Absorber (Headshot Damage, Explosion Damage, Aim Spread)
Circulatory System- Biomonitor (Health Regen, Health, Health Item recharge speed.) Heal-On-Kill (Bonus Ricochet Damage, Reload Speed, RAM Regen) Blood Pump (Carrying Capacity, Quickhack Damage, Damage Over Time).
Legs- Reinforced Tendons (Health Regen, Explosion Damage Resistance, Grenade Recharge Speed).
Strategy/ Leveling Process.

-As soon as you’re able to explore Watson, a good way to get some free experience, is to finish a couple of easy Main missions:
-The Ride, The Information.
-Now you’re free to pursue gigs for NCPD hustles.
Starting Gear and Quickhacks
----------------
-.Make sure you have Reboot Optics and Overheat equipped.
-Guns- Craft yourself a Unity. This will be your gun until you level to 6. (You may also use Dying Light, given to you by Wilson).
Early game tactics
----------
----------
-Prioritise stealth above all, take advantage of the environment by using distract enemy and stealth takedown whenever possible…….and during combat, upload reboot optics plus overheat when you can to aid your gunplay.
(Always solve the 3rd sequence)
-if you still haven’t received what you need, you can always buy them from the Quickhack Vendor.

-At some point in the story, you’ll be facing off against Sandayu Oda……and he can be a little tricky to fight…….especially with our setup.

@@KeironP1 Yes, I can! Good stuff.
You are one of if not the highest quality content creator when it comes to Cyberpunk builds, keep it up man!
Awesome. Happy you are back. Looking forward to trying out this build.
This is extremely well done. The editing and the build itself, the explanations. Well done !
wow I've watched cyberpunk build tutorials from popular creators, but none of them go as in-depth as u. ur really good at explaining. thanks for the guide brotha
going into this video, i was expecting a generic commentary stream-like style on a general guideline of what to use, but when watching it the sheer quality of the production (animation, information, progression) blew me away
this went above and beyond and truly is a professional deep-dive
awesome video with leveling path explanation... that's just nice
Mate, you’ve been putting so much work into these build videos since the initial game release whilst CDPR constantly changes things up and you have to start all over again!!! I feel for you!
I’m so stoked that you’re still here and continuing to “go back to the drawing board”!!
I’m taking note of this build in great detail and looking forward to trying it out………I’ve been waiting for it….🙂👍
Cheers mate!
P.s……..But The Ghost……..there can be only one…….;-)
For anyone wondering about the SPT32 Grad mentioned at 52:20 it seems that the Kabuki merchant doesn't sell it but you can get one from Robert Wilson near your starting apartment in Watson.
Great video as always! Clear and simple but with a ton of work into it! Nice work, choom!
I dont know if this was something that was pre 2.0 but I know its the only way to still breach protocol as of now.
btw apologies if you mention this in the vid or already know this lol
Thank you so much for making this video. I'm a newb and this is exactly what I needed. Hopefully I'll be a Widowmaker Jr one day😊
Best build explaination ever. There's no one doing as great and detailed as you do on Cyberpunk 2077. Thanks man !
Late to comment ik but, incredible build showcase as always and I enjoyed this video and the lives they were rlly fun uwu I'm hyped so much for the ghost build, hoping to see the gameplay video or a couple of live cuz seeing you play this game is incredible °^°
I don't believe I have ever seen a more informative video. Great job! Definitely subbed. Thx for the info fully explaining each step.
Props to the video brother👏👏👏 its clear, your time and hardwork spent delivers a unique content like no other. Considering the previous comments - im not alone when saying, excellent video👏👏👏
Thanks for the knowledge. Amazing breakdown and currently what I am building right now. appreciate your help man!
Exceptionally well done and thorough, thanks a ton!
I normally just watch a build, take some screenies and dip but the quality of this guide is on another level. I gotta see what you're cooking up next.
Wow this is the most informative cyberpunk video I have ever seen, keep them coming mate, defo subbed. you deserve a lot more subs.
Gosh I have been waiting for this a little more and ghost will be here LETS GOO
Incredible video ❤ thank you
Niceeee build baby thanks 🎉🎉
i'm finally jumping back in for the first time since 2.0/PL and i am HUNGRY for an updated ghost build from you. the ARs in this game feel so good.
Love the build. Great Job but, you know the build so many of us want to see next....The Major 2.0 😀
I was there when he was doing the build
I love your videos. But I'll wait for the Ghost ;)
Found your channel recently really like this high quality Build videos. Keep it up 👍
Hi ! Nice work on that video, interesting build i was planning a SMG netrunner build but this one might suit me more, SMG netrunners lack the stealth compound which i enjoy and can be useful for mission as well.
Thanks for the sharing, gonna see if i can improve it even more.
I just started playing this game and this video and channel are a godsend. You deserve 600k subs (not 6k). Keep going my man!!
LETS GO!
hell yeah!
For a pure netrunner build I wouldn't recommend edgrunner because it lowers your health therefore lowering your available ram
Thank you! Something to keep in mind moving forward.
I WAITED PATIENTLY AND IT HAS PAYED OFF, FINALLY A NEW BABY BUILD
HOLY SHIT IT'S FINALLY HAPPENED LOL. I've been refreshing my sub page since your post
Best guide on youtube, exactly the build I wanted, but please my man, take some fixed screenshots of the perks or write them down in sequence
I just stumbled across your video. Great appreciation for the effort you put in. Thank you very much.
As a new player, I'm wondering if the order in which you present the perks is also the order in which it's best to level them.
No, not in order, just priority-based. Be sure to collect all the perk shards once you start Act 2.
@buildmakerbaby Hey man love your builds had a question what were the wardrobe outfits you showed off in the gear section was curious what look you went for for your sniper thx man have a great day

If only someone makes a buildplanner
22:46 How & Where were you able to acquire the Ashura 5++? I'm using the Yasha 5++ atm but would love to get the Ashura.
@ LVL 50-52 = T5+
@ LVL 53-60 = T5++
So if one were to want to guarantee getting the T5++ it would be best to save this GIG until you are lvl 53 and do a backup save before you start it in case you get unlucky w/ the rolls on mods.
This wep is pretty sick w/ the right setup but I assume thats common w/ a lot of weps in the game.
great guide. just wish the cyberware was listed by slot instead of........ this.
Huzzah!
Why another build doesnt look like this?! Great stuff mate! I use my reset perka for this build i don't regret 😁
would love to see a Übercharge update!!!! keep up the good work.
Is there a link to the build and perks by chance?
Content I never knew I needed out of cyberpunk wooooow just wooow also question for the sequel what are your thoughts where do you think its gonna go?
Is Sonic Shock glitched in 2.1? It's no longer interrupting comms for me
Awesome guide. What do you do with Relic points?
Well generally, just get all the relic perks but you can turn off Vulnerability Analytics from time to time - sometimes the vulnerability mechanic can get annoying.
I'm coming back and holy heck I was confused with the perks
It would be cool if you remade your solo build whenever you have the time. I like the the Doom type playstyle.
can't find the Nekomata, am level 9 but the vendor in kabuki only ever sells ashura or anything other than sniper rifles/the nekomata. Are there any other vendors in Watson that sell it or do I just keep using pistols until the ashura is useable?
try other gun vendors in watson, just keep advancing 24 hours until they become available
Do you think it would affect the build too much if I decided to go 20 reflex and 17 tech to get tailwind and slaughterhouse for more blade usage and still be viable with snipers?
I have to ask if your ever gonna do a redo of your mox build but for phantom liberty
Breakthrough or Nekomata + Wallpuncher? Thoughts?
Truly awesome video, well done! I was wondering how you have so much RAM capacity?
Mainly from cyberware and a maxed out Int.
im trying to play widow maker but im woundering what her outfit would be
Dude i love playing as a nomad.
I suspect this was another mechanic that got broken w/ P2.1
baby are you going to post the ghost build looking forward to this build
How do you get those matrix effects on scanner highlights? Mine is just solid red and green.
I don't really know, I always suspect it's a visual bug.
@@buildmakerbaby Can't find the option anywhere. I'm playing on 2.12a. Anyway nice build bro. Thank you!
Showing the Phantom Liberty decision without a spoiler warning is wild. What were you thinking?
I'm sorry
@@buildmakerbaby I'm sorry lol. I didn't wanna come off as rude as I did. I love your character builds and the whole presentation.
Still, this actually spoiled me which is why I was pissed off when I wrote my comment.
Im at blue tier hacks and their costs already are a problem, what in your build helps with that besides the one perk to reduce first QH cost?
Overclocking, essentially, with the help of Axolotl + Quantum Tuner but that's kinda late into the build. Up until that point, RAM regen is key; RAM Upgrade + Memory Boost cyberwares and the perk Recirculation along with an Ashura should give back some RAM for every kill.
Will you do a new ghost build for 2.1 ?
Working on it right now
Need an updated build for Motoko Kusanagi!
Working on it currently.
Timestamp for Quickhack Combos: 44:00
Great build. Having lots of fun with Ashura + double legendary Headhopper. Though, maybe I've missed something but how are you blanketing entire battlefields with reboot optics? Rippler only applies to people you're basically standing next to.
Are you doing that manually every fight or?
Manually for the most part. Reboot T5 spreads to other enemies when you kill the target affected by it and with the perk Spillover where a quickhack has a 50% chance to spread to an additional target.
How to modify this build to add throwing knives
Can you redo your Ghost in the Shell video. Or at least list what changes you do. And how you should approach the build in early levels
Currently working on it.
I am confuse as to to what perks to get per level. should I get all recommended under Intelligence tree first before I move to cool as I level up? I hope someone can asnwer this for me, many thanks
Hey baby, for a motoko build like the ghost one, what stats would you go for lvl 60?
Nothing final yet, but on my current playthrough, I'm planning to max out Int then go 15 for the rest, I'll see if it'll work out good.
Heeey, something I would love in this video if I maybe missed it I am sorry, but if you would show the whole perk tree, its easier to copy and try than just searching for the perks inside my game etc. :) great video
57:22 - Level 60 build summary
@@buildmakerbaby Oh sorry, I thought I saw everything and didn't miss it, but it seems like I was being blind again thank you
I did the Royce combo u mentioned but it doesn’t seem to detonate his shield or really do anything significantly impactful on him. Am I missing something?
Quickhacks should be at least t3 to get the detonate weakspot effect. Alternatively you can sneak behind Royce then perform a takedown.
@@buildmakerbaby oh gotcha, thanks!
Have a build link available?
it would have been so much easier and better to follow this build if you could have added like a picture for every skilltree.
Thanks for the suggestion, definitely something to keep in mind. Recently, I've been avoiding using too much motion graphics and stuff to lessen visual clutter, info is still priority.

PHENOM - 15

How did you get your Ashura to reload so fast?
Sniper perks + a lot of reload speed modifiers on my cyberwares
Can you drop the build link
I got lost on the cyberware recommendations 🤔
I'm sorry it's all over the place, I categorized them based on function. I'll try to make it clean next time.
@ it’s still a very helpful video overall. I’ve also started a stealthier character based on your other build video for that.
But can it? My experience was this (on very hard obviously):
1) Rushed to Overwatch (quickly to act 2, do the Panam/Aldecaldos story, get the Overwatch).
List of stuff I have to do/have to have:
* Focus (+10% headshot damage)
* Deadeye (+10% headshot damage)
* Longshot (always full damage, regardless of distance when Deadeye is active)
* Nerves of Tungsten Steel (guaranteed crit hit with headshot + increased damage as range increases)
* Killer Instinct (+25% damage with silenced guns outside of combat)
* slot all cyberware that can be Cool attuned and have 20 Cool for an extra 4% headshot damage per implant + headshot multiplier buff . I have 5 such implants now.
* use the Tetratronic Rippler, quickhack them with ping or sonic shock for an extra 15% damage (and or Reboot Optics for another 15%/30%)
* get Headhunter up to level 30 for an extra 25% headshot damage
* My headshot damage multiplier is +377% now
All of this just to be able to one shot skull enemies at lvl 60.
How to kill smasher with this build? 😢
Hey if you're still having trouble defeating Smasher with this build, I just published a new video on how to do so.
you need to post a link to the complete build, its a pain in the ass to rewatch the vidoe a hundered times to see where to put all the perks while leveling, and you also didnt mention how to put the perks at what level like you did with attribute.
If you want to destroy the game on the highest difficulty, you need smart weapons and hacking
