Happy New Year! To kick off the new year, I tackle the last scenario of the original RollerCoaster Tycoon game, Mega Park. The objective is to have fun!
RollerCoaster Tycoon 1 and RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 are Theme Park Management Simulation games, created by the legendary Chris Sawyer. In this video, I am playing OpenRCT2, a modded version of the game that introduces some bug fixes, cool new features, and quality of life improvements.

I have everything installed and I think I did the assets correctly but how can you confirm that RCT1 assets are actually loading correctly?

Just try to open up an RCT1 scenario, if it worked, they’ll be there.

For the path Glitch all you had to do was delete the one that the train crossed and it would’ve fixed it

Pretty sure you could have just deleted the middle train crossing road and build it again for it to reset, but you never did this!

This game needs a remaster =( just like age of empires 2 got one, NO CHANGES, only graphic update

That’s a cool idea! I wonder if there is a mod for OpenRCT2 that changes the aesthetic, or if the graphics are too baked into the code of the game

It would be awesome if someone could keep the game exactly as it is but make the graphics look more like rct3 or Planet coaster. With the same camera angles as the first two games as well.
