    I’ve never fished using pellet and looking to target fish at my local lake with them. It seems to much easier to prepare than I expected

    Nice one Des ...
    Your right about very cold water, the guys that say the pellets turn to mush must use water straight out of the tap.
    I always use my pond water that's been in the fridge for hours .... 👍

    I used to use expanders years ago but went off them because back then you couldn't use them for anything but the pole. From what I remember they were Steve ringer expanders.. There was absolutely no way you could of cast with them. I'm due a trip to my local shop.. I will defo be having a look for these, thank you

    lovely video ive just got into pole fishing my biggest question is the float to shot weight so (exp) if i use at 4x12 float its says on the graph its uses 5x no 10s but when use them like how its say the float bristle and some of the body is out of the water. so what i do is then add a few more shots to make just the bristle show but then what is the point in having a graph thats saying 5x no 10 shots if it dosent work and other videos am i missing something here or am i just thick.

    Is it just the preparation that you need freezing cold water for. I was just thinking that especially in the summer that the water you are keeping your pellets in would definitely warm up, even become very hot during the day. Would this affect the pellets in any way?

    Great vid again Des. Do you drain the water off of the pellets after 2 hours. Will they go ‘too soggy’ to hook if you leave them any longer in the water

      Keeping them underwater stops them from drying out. You can drain some of the water off if you prefer, but make sure all of the pellets are kept wet.

    That was a neat sling shot! Where did you get that?
    Do they have sample packs?
    Do they sell them on this side of the pond? USA Never seen them.

      its not a sling shot, in the UK they are called catapults. and its not a pond its a pool, if you dont know what your talking about dont make comments

    Can someone tell me why he not using the fishery’s pellets which are blue when he feeding like we have to when we fish open and team matches there

    • @Sonubaits
      @Sonubaits  5 років тому +2

      We were given permission by Mike the owner to use Pro Feed Pellets. A pellet that is very similar to the Fishery Pellets without the blue colouring.

    Question keep them in water on the day
    Can I freeze them for a different session

    • @Sonubaits
      @Sonubaits  4 роки тому +1

      There is no problem at all using the Pro Expanders on consecutive days. However, freezing the pellet and then unfreezing could cause the pellet to split as the water content within the pellet will expand further when freezing.
